GoogleTheir lettings department is awful, the agent we had to work with has only been there 2 weeks and got everything wrong, even put our holding deposit against the wrong property then refused to refund us. I had to raise the issue to their manager and then the regional manager, who then apologised and offered us compensation. I strongly recommend finding a different estate agent, or getting a private let if possible.

Google5 stars goes to Brigitta who was extremely nice, polite, communicative and helpful. I can honestly say Ive had a very good, if not the best experience dealing with Brigitta. Progression of my application was fast and smooth thanks to her. I'm glad there is someone like her in this business who actually cares about the customers. I appreciate your work Brigitta! The agents were very helpful and accommodating to sort out the difficulties we faced from viewing a property to till completion process. We all know it comes with few challenges and it pays of when we have bit more patience and clear communication.

GoogleEvery Saturday for weeks on end they show uninterested parties around my house and no offers are ever made. What a waste of time and effort. Be warned; if you put your house up for sale with them then you are bound by a 20 week agreement(!!!) and they will not bother to push hard to sell your house!
