GoogleThey were incompetent, bully's and liars. The worst our solicitor had come across in 30 years. They mis-described the property we were buying. They actually lied to seller to get our offer regretted our offer when we refused to use their in house broker, only got the offer accepted when we spoke to the seller directly.

GoogleStaff did not show up for a scheduled viewing. I found that strange and in hindsight I am wondering whether the property advertised was indeed on the market because when I rang to book the viewing originally the staff I spoke with was more interested in getting me to apply for a mortgage through their firm.

Googlethis agent lied to my buyer and said that I had insisted they use Barnard marcus' mortgage broker and solicitors which went on to cause a whole raft of delays, if I were buying though them and they made this statement I would request written evidence from the vendor that this was a genuine demand.

GoogleWill never use this company again! Took my money, lied about information received from referencing and refused to share any info so that i could move forward. Be very careful when dealing with Barnard Marcus. They will leave you in an absolute dilema and feel no way about it!
