GoogleI had a lovely viewing with Prashant yesterday. He was very nice, chill and was very helpful. I also saw a tenant being extremely friendly with him, which is a very good sign. The process was quick I was viewing yesterday and is now already in the offering phase. Would definitely recommend 1st avenue.

Phoenix from the property management team is an excellent communicator, responds quickly and always addresses all my questions thoroughly, providing clear answers and helpful suggestions. Phoenix consistently follows up on issues and replies within minutes on the same day. As someone who has just moved into a new place, I have found the support to be incredibly helpful.

GoogleI recently rented a flat in Maraschino Apartments through 1st Avenue, and honestly I was so impressed by the team. I am so grateful to Michelle for the great tour she gave, it was so thorough and informative, and then once our offer had been accepted Janna kept us in the loop the entire time. Even when members of staff were off, the wider team would always keep us informed. Honestly great estate agency, 10/10 communication and lovely staff and properties to rent. Thank-you again for making it such a seamless process!

GoogleDreadful. Cancelled viewings with less than an hour's notice! Absolute waste of time.

GoogleI am a student who completed masters and started working full some, few days ago one of the agent of 1st avenue said to me that if I pay like 6months rent in advance I can rent the flat in saffron square in croydon, I was bit confused and was thinking about my decision and I arranged the 6months rent money and called them to rent a flat. The advisor Evan was so rude said to me that if you pay us the money as well we are helpless and said to me that don't call to the 1st avenue again as we can't rent a flat. I am helpless please guide me the person's like me where can I find the flatNegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

TrustpilotA COMPLETE MOCKERY
I am fighting hard to keep in all the bad words this company deserves. All I can say is to avoid them at all cost. they do not take any accountability for their poor unprofessional services. their focus is purely on making money, no customer care, no respect. Every single interaction with them is a A COMPLETE MOCKERY
