If I could score more than 5 stars I would. Prashant was absolutely amazing when assisting me with my viewings. He made time according to my schedule and even went out of his way to find more properties for me. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He had all the answers for all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. There’s not a single detail that you missed out. I can only imagine how easy he will make the process of renting!

Matthew Amos at 1st Avenue is a pleasure to deal with and a highly accomplished estate agent. Positive, enthusiastic and an excellent communicator, Matthew is always willing to collaborate as a part of a wider team to help manage and solve the various problems that crop up during the lifecycle of a property transaction, in order to try and get the deal completed in line with client expectations and to the satisfaction of all involved !

Since 11th of May 2009 1st Avenue…

Since 11th of May 2009 1st Avenue Avenue have been looking after my London GMV property portfolio. I would first of all like to thank Paul Endacott and his team for an excellent job through the years. Recent I got to deal with Josh, and he blew me away with his attitude attention to detail and "massive hands on approach". Most of my portfolio is in the south West of the UK and West of Ireland and I don't get to London very often. So I depend on Josh and the team at 1st Avenue to make sure that tenant management is seamless and a lot can go wrong /amiss especially at pre check in for the new tenants. Josh personally oversaw the painting and decorating of the latest property to switch tenants, as well as acquiring matteress, microwave and various bits and pieces. And then he sent me a video, just to reassure me that it was all fine. That bit just there is worth a million dollars. So thank you Joshua and your team. Best wishes John Griffin

Phoenix from First Avenue was honestly amazing. I had a bit of a panic about my window at home because it looked like it had blown open in the wind, and I was worried about my cat being inside on her own. I called First Avenue, and Phoenix went straight over to check everything for me. He even brought tools with him to fix the window, sent me a video showing me how to use it properly, and then let me know that my cat was completely fine. He was so kind and reassuring and simply said, “This is what we’re here for. We’re here to help.” I’ve genuinely never experienced such amazing service while living somewhere. I now feel so secure and safe knowing that if anything happens, there is someone there who genuinely cares and is willing to help. Phoenix even took my number, which made the whole experience feel so personal and reassuring. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. Phoenix was so lovely, helpful and reassuring.

Since I’ve already left one estate agency review today, I thought, for good measure, I’d make it two… This one is for Mr Josh Endacott, Senior Associate at 1stAvenue Lettings, Saffron Square, Croydon. Josh, very unexpectedly, went above and beyond the normal remit of his role, to solve a problem which wasn’t even his to solve, and did it with such a one-punch knockout of exceptional customer service wonder, that the issue was immediately resolved. Even Connor McGregor would be utterly terrified to bring his lettings problems anywhere near Josh and his phenomenal customer service abilities. Thanks Josh for being an absolute hero!
