GoogleA very big thankyou to the team in the Crowborough office, Lee, Paul and Camilla . House put on the market and buyer secured in 8 days and despite a few hiccups with our chain they were very professional, would certainly use them again and highly recommend them. You only have to look around to see how many houses they are selling which says something.

Awful service from the Forest Row branch going back to selling a large property around August 2019 - eventually selling with another agent in March 2020. Used them as they were very local to the property - wish we had not. Also with a few lies thrown in. Things happened behind our backs without forewarning you to which they had poor excuses when confronted - be aware.

GoogleAmazing! We sold our house and brought our next house through Mansell McTaggart, with agreed offers within a few weeks. Chris & Camilla managed the viewings and negotiations, and Paul did a great job following through the conveyancing process - managing it really, but don't tell our solicitor that! Thank you team MMc! Do not touch with a barge pole!!!My elderly parents tried to purchase a property in Horsham, with sale agreed or thought they were, until they found that the property had been put back on the market at a lower price, even the solicitors didn't know. Totally unscrupulous organisation - closer to say they are a shower of 💩💩😡🤬

Not a positive experience. They were great up until the point of where we selected them to sell our house, however it sadly went downhill from there. They were unprofessional on several occasions and we wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking to buy/sell. There are better agents in Crowborough.

GoogleI bought from this estate agent and would never use them again. They were poor at responding to my emails or calls and I found them most unhelpful when negotiating a price as they obviously wanted the full asking price so they could get the highest commission. They had no consideration for me whatsoever.
