TrustpilotSuperb lettings service
I am surprised at the negative reviews by sellers. My wife and I are landlords who over 20 years had become so disillusioned by the appalling service by letting agents in Wealden compared to our agents in other areas that, after recovering yet another smashed up property we decided to manage our portfolio ourselves. This was such a drain on our time and energy that we decided to sell the Wealden portion through Mansell McTaggart in course of which we were introduced to their letting team, and so decided to hand management to them while their colleagues arranged our property sales. The letting service proved so excellent that we cancelled our sales, and for the first time in 20 years we feel we are getting the expertise and professionalism we pay for. So many thanks to Brian Wilkins in the Uckfield office whose sterling work has been truly transformational.

Chris is highly informative and knowledgeable,Camilla a delight and Paul was absolutely fantastic at helping us exchange very quickly and get the house we desperately wanted. All in all a wonderful team and a pleasure to sell through. Can't thank you enough

Jo and her team in the Storrington branch are fabulous. Mansell Mctaggart secured a sale for our home within days of it being marketed. The presentation of our property was superb, photography did it proud. We were kept updated throughout our sale and purchase at all times . Although an extremely stressful time the team were very approachable and certainly helped out with all involved taking a lot of the pressures off us. We would definitely recommend Jo and her team and would use again in the future.

TrustpilotDisappointing experience with Haywards…
Disappointing experience with Haywards Heath branch as a potential buyer of a property that they were selling/managing. Substandard communication throughout the entire process from start to finish with us regularly chasing for updates which was massively elongated due to the sellers 'changing their minds' after we had, had our offer accepted, engaged a solicitor and paid for searches to be completed on the property. The entire situation could have been avoided if the sellers were onboarded correctly with Mansell Mc Taggart to ensure that they were 100% certain about marketing and selling their property. Make sure you get everything formalised in writing to protect yourself should anything go wrong like it did in our situation.

GoogleWe cannot speak highly enough of MM in Crowborough. First class in every way and stand apart from other estate agents. Lee, Chris and Paul are a great team, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. Always responded promptly to the numerous emails and phone calls our complicated sale involved over many months and kept us fully informed at all times. We will always be grateful to Chris for securing us a great buyer and for finding us our lovely new home and to Paul for his endless patience, calm manner and support through the prolonged conveyancing process. It was very helpful that all parties in our long chain respected him and were happy for him to act as the linchpin in the extremely stressful final days leading up to exchange which finally got us over the line.

TrustpilotExcellent support and communication
We had a few different agents from the Storrington and Billingshurst branches dealing with our sale. Unsure if we definitely wanted to sell, we took things slowly and were supported initially with a soft sell approach. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, listening and supporting us whilst we explored options. Once we found our buyer we were supported throughout the process and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mansell Mctaggart. Thank you everyone.

GoogleVery rude on the phone and lied through their teeth, something dodgy going on, just proved that they are indeed a bunch of liars by replying to my post with more lies, said I shouted at them which is totally untrue, then said I put the phone down when it was the lady I spoke to who put the phone down, disgraceful behavior !!!!

Many thanks for your review Mr Tarling. You called up about a property which we advised was under offer to a very happy owner and applicant. You put the phone down after we explained that unfortunately you wouldn’t be able to view (on our clients instructions) then called back and shouted at 2 members of staff. The property was indeed under offer and has now exchanged. No lies were told and we maintained professionalism throughout. Please call us if you would like to discuss further or if we can help with anything else at all. Regards MM
