A brilliant branch team, very friendly and helpful who worked very hard for us. Marie is an excellent sales negotiator and I don't believe we would have had such success without her efforts. John gave lots of good advice and was always keen to accommodate anything we asked for quickly and with no fuss. We found them to be more professional and personable to deal with than the many other estate agents in Crowborough.

Exceptional Service.........

My experience with Cubitt and West, specifically Katie Sheridan and Abbie Tallack was exceptional taking a significant amount of stress moving to a new area! I thought selling was stressful and didn't expect the rental market to be such a challenge.

Couldn't ask for a better experience , John was fantastic in his approach as were Marie, Emma & Gary. But special thanks goes to Veronica who always went above and beyond.

John Furber and his team of Marie, Jordan and Jackie provided exemplary service through our sale, from initial sales interview with John, through to the management of viewings and the final closing processes. We are particularly grateful for John's intervention late in the process which helped us avoid not making our completion deadline.

Our experience with Cubitt & West was everything you could’ve hoped for when moving house. Although the process being inevitably stressful, the team were extremely considerate, supportive and generally keeping us up to date with everything. John, Marie & Patrica were always keeping us in the loop with what was happening. You made it as easy as possible for us, and I'm so glad to be in our new lovely home

Pro-active and accommodating

Alia was very pro-active in her response to our request and went out of her way to accommodate two viewings at short notice. We felt she really wanted to help us. She was cheerful and helpful.

Cubitt & West are an excellent estate agent. John and Charlotte were fantastic to work with on purchasing our new house. It was a very difficult and stressful move, however John navigated us through the maze of issues that occurred and we now have our lovely house in Crowborough. I highly recommend John & his team for their experience & outstanding level of professionalism.

Sadly we did not finally buy a house through Cubitt & West but John, Marie and Jordan were exceptionally helpful in trying to find a suitable home. They did find a lovely house for us but before the sale went through the sellers took it off the market.

John and his team (including Jordan, Marie, Emma and Jacky) did a fantastic job selling my late father's property in a rapidly changing market. With more than one buyer pulling out unexpectedly during the process, they put in a huge effort to keep interest going. Progress updates were regular and they responded quickly to all my queries. And when the roof sprang a leak (!) after the sale was finally agreed, they even found contractors at very short notice to quote for the repairs.

We were informed that buying a house is a long and difficult process, but due to the professionalism and proactive attitude of the people at Cubbit & West Estate Agents-Crowborough, everything went smoothly and we met the proposed deadlines. I would like to thank John, Jordan, Marie and Jacky and warmly recommend them to all who need such services.

Thank you Cubitt and West!

I cannot thank Cubitt and West enough for helping me with my sale. They got me over the line when I thought I was never going to sell. They are warm, friendly, compassionate and above all, they care about you and the property. They are not in it for themselves, the are wholly working for you. I will be forever grateful to them and would highly recommend. Thank you Cubitt and West.

C&W's Cranleigh branch .

C&W's Cranleigh branch have sold my house for me. Dealing with Kerry-Ann, Claire and the rest of the team has been great from the word Go, making you feel that you're in safe hands. They're always happy to answer your questions and put your mind at ease. They appear to have a bit of drive that some of the local competitors seem to be lacking.

Cubbit and west is a great company and…

Cubbit and west is a great company and weve really had good experiences. However, when it comes to fixing issues in the house, response has been poor. Some issues have lingered over a year without anything being done, even whe they come for routine chexks and the issues are raised again, notes are taken but not action.

My wife and I viewed a property in Rotherfield with Charlotte. Whilst the property did not turn out to be the one for my wife and me, Charlotte was brilliant. Her love of the village was infectious and her knowledge was invaluable - if I were selling in Rotherfield Charlotte would be the agent I wanted to be showing prospective purchasers around.
