GoogleI really can’t recommend these guys enough. I put my house on with them after another estate agent told me my house was ‘unsellable’ due to Japanese knotweed that had appeared under the fence from a neighbouring property. John saw this a personal challenge and became a knotweed expert overnight. He assured me that he would sell the house. It took a year in the end, although we had loads of viewings and 6 or 7 offers we were very unlucky with our buyers (all sorts of reasons why the sale didn’t go through). As it was quite a drawn out process I had more than the normal amount of dealings with the team and I have to say that they all made the process bearable. They were not only super friendly, efficient and communicative but also had a sense of humour! Hands down the best estate agent experience I’ve had. Will defo use again… should we ever lose our minds and try and move again! Thanks so much John, Marie, Charlotte and Jordan.

GoogleOur first encounter of dealing with C & W was arranging a viewing of a property. We dealt with Jordon in arranging & then viewing a property. He is an excellent ambassador for your company. His telephone manner is relax yet knowledgeable, his appearance - impeccable however his professionalism in dealing with us was outstanding. We never felt rushed while viewing, able to answer all our questions we posed & was not dismissive once we said the property was not for us - like some other agents we have dealt with. He then whenever a property came on the market the fitted our criteria text to advise us, always leaving a number. In my opinion Jordon is a real asset to your company, friendly but not over familiar, relaxed in his approach but professional at all times, knowledgeable about his produced & does what he says he will do e g advising his customers when new property came on the market. So many other agents could learn a lot from this young man. GoogleThank you to John Furber and the whole Crowborough team who have been a pleasure to deal with. John went out of his way from the outset to be of assistance and the whole team were professional and thorough, throughout. They could not have been more helpful and always kept us fully in the loop.This was also true of Garry Wheeler (the sales progessor) who was most diligent and made sure things were constantly chased up, to achieve a quick sale. The whole selling process took around 14 weeks which is most commendable in today's climate. Thank you, all, for making the process as stress free as possible. A 5 star rating is well deserved.

Cubbit & west redhill branch... as this was going to be my first time selling a property i didn't know what to expect but picking up the phone and making that call to the team at Cubbit and west was a very good decision, I spoke to jayde who explained the process and from then onwards it was plain sailing right upto the day the contracts were exchanged. I would definitely recommend them..
