The Sales agent Julia is extremely helpful and answering all my questions in a very professional way. The whole team in Cubitt & West is very friendly and helpful when Julia is not in the office.

Sale of a one bed flat

It was a bit of a tricky sale with a couple of fall throughs, but the Cubitt and West team, in particular Julie Bramble were brilliant - clear communication, kind and supportive. Thankyou Julie!

Great Experience

We had the pleasure of working with Alia from Cubitt & West, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the outstanding service she provided. From day one, Alia was always available, incredibly easy to reach, and impressively quick to respond to every query we had - no matter how small.

Many thanks to Cubit and West in our quest to find a new property. Particular thanks to Marie who went above and beyond in the search for the right property for us. Keeping us informed on property as soon as it went on the market.

Lovely experience with the team in crowborough. John, Sophie and Marie were lovely. Very helpful from start to finish and the sale of the house was prompted by an off the cuff phone call from sophie, when it came back on the market. Very happy in our new home. Thankyou.

Julie bramble

Julie bramble, was extremely helpful throughout a very difficult sale of our home. We had the worlds most difficult buyers but Julie was very patient with me calling regularly for updates and tried her best to get our buyers and their solicitors to complete things in a reasonable time frame.

If I'm completely honest, previously I've not been the biggest fan of Cubitt and West as I always thought they were too 'pushy' as an estate agent. But since dealing with John in the Crowborough branch, my opinion has totally changed! He could not have been more helpful, friendly and professional. He knew the market brilliantly, found us the perfect house and sorted everything from start to finish. He was always available, took time out of his evenings to show us properties, and generally was all we could have hoped for in an agent. I'm a critical person with very high standards and even I was impressed!! Thank you John. You're the best!

Massive thank you to John, Marie, Jordan and Team!! I couldn’t have asked for more… I felt looked after every step of the way and they definitely went the extra mile for me. I would recommend them hands down if you are considering selling your house and are looking for a caring estate agent in Crowborough. You have a complete team looking after you not just one point of contact and that makes such a difference! Thank you again it was such a great experience I will definitely use you again if I decide to move in the future.

Id recommend Cubitt and West to anyone…

Id recommend Cubitt and West for anyone wanting to sell their home. The whole team went above and beyond to make the experience as stress free and as positive as possible for my elderly mum. They couldn't of done more to support her and even going beyond their job description to help her organise and fill in paperwork. Truly a 5* service where kindness wasnt just because they were being paid. Honestly wonderful human beings.

We recently bought a property for sale with Cubitt and West. Tracey was very patient with us and let us take the time viewing to be sure about our decision. Julie kept on top of things and was quick to inform us of any updates. They both took the stress out of what can be a stressful process.

Very pleased with the service provided by the team. Mum's property wasn't the easiest to sell, being a little old fashioned, but the staff were undeterred, and the viewings kept coming. All the staff were great, especially Marie who went the extra mile to help my elderly Mum, and Jordan - a lovely young man, with a positive and caring attitude. A credit to his employers.
