GoogleAfter 8 months, 3 chains & some very picky solicitors (not ours) we finally moved into our "Forever Home". Throughout the whole process, everyone at Banfields were kind, professional & determined. From Paige who originally showed us our new property, Fiona (the owner) who set up our sale, Our vendors who stood firm holding the property for us, Through to Georgie, who has to be singled out as the lady who finally got the job done. When the chips were down, Georgie's tenacity enabled her to persuade the other people way down the chain to turn the situation from a "No Go" to a "Go" situation. It finally happened, with just a week to spare before going completely wrong. Thank you Banfields, but more importantly, Thank You Georgie. We are very happy in our new Home Mark & Debs K

GoogleAs a buyer I felt I was in safe hands with Banfield. Whilst most estate agents act purely in the interest of the seller Banfield did a great Job in managing expectations on both ends to ensure all matters are addressed reasonably. They also recommended a phenomenal solicitor Micaela Edkins. Robyn, Fiona and Jules are absolute experts and I would no doubt come back to them if I ever needed to.

GoogleWe bought a property in Crowborough and Banfield were the seller's agents. From start to finish they were absolutely brilliant - More helpful than our own conveyancers for our sale, and all the staff were wonderful to deal with. Georgina in particular should be singled out, as she went over and above what we would have ever expected, giving great advice with our sale and ultimately helping everything go through - There were times when we thought it wouldn't happen at all, but all because of problems on our side! When it comes to eventually selling our property we will definitely be picking up the phone to Banfield!

GoogleFor five years we used Banfield’s to manage our rental property and we were delighted with the efficient and courteous service we received at all times from each and everyone. Deborah absolutely knows the lettings business inside out! When we decided to sell the property it was a no-brainier to transfer to their excellent sales team and we weren’t disappointed! Everyone (especially Georgina) was great - speedily following-up every question and query I had. I have no hesitation in recommending all of the services offered at their Crowborough office and I’m going to miss the friendly chats with them all.

GoogleWhatever you may have thought of Estate Agents in the past, Banfields have blown ALL those myths clean out of the water. Not only were they patient in waiting for my instructions, they were professional, friendly and well organised in everything else. From the time the house was put on the market to time of completion was 74 days (there were other factors involved here, e.g. no chain and the keenness of the buyers to purchase). And considering I was suffering a bereavement at the time, very sensitive to how they handled things. I can not praise them enough and whatever Paige Waterhouse is on, I want some! GoogleWe recently moved house within Crowborough. Banfield Estate Agents did a superb job of co-ordinating both the sale of our old house and the purchase of the new one. A very professional and efficient performance from the whole team. More importantly, however, was the personal touch. Georgina, Fiona, and Paige were always thoughtful, considerate, and extremely generous with their time. We were kept up to date and well informed at every stage in the process. They were always at the end of a phone to offer support and reassurance whenever needed. I would highly recommend them.

We were absolutely delighted with the service Paige provided, she kept us up to date at every stage of the process, which made the experience of buying our first home as straightforward and stress-free as possible! She also really cared about our needs, and went above and beyond to ensure our move ran smoothly. From Fionas' first meeting we could tell she was going to be not only the person who could help us buy but also to sell, and from that moment Georgina kept the communication between us consistent throughout the 5 months it took to sell our family home and buy something that my mum feels very at home in. Being overseas it was made so much easier for me knowing my mum was being supported and her move was in safe hands. Excellent.
