I chose Banfield to sell our home after unsuccessfully listing elsewhere. The sales manager visited my property and spent a good deal of time helping me and advising on how to best present the house, and had market research suggesting an honest and realistic price. The photography was superb, the agents who did all my viewings Robyn and Becky were brilliant. They never asked me to do any which I thought very professional. Feedback post viewings was quick and efficient and kept me in the loop. I sold within asking price range within 2 months in a difficult market. I highly recommend Banfield and would certainly use them in the future.

We have just bought our first home through Banfield and we cannot fault them. When we were first looking, we dealt with different estate agents and found Banfield were the most personal and interested in finding the right property for us. Luckily, the house we loved was listed by Banfield and their sales progressor Becky was helpful, had great communication and always got back to us promptly. The rest of the team we spoke to were keen to help, Robyn in particular was always polite and ensured our messages were passed on. We felt well supported by the whole team. We met the vendors prior to completing and they were also very complimentary about Banfield. I’d recommend Banfield to anyone wanting to sell or buy a home.

Banfields are definitely the best estate agents in Crowborough. I sold a house through them recently and I was thrilled with the attention and follow ups from the team. Robyn and Becky are so organised, proactive, knowledgeable and they also bring a smile to every meeting. The sale was smooth running and was tied up quicker than I expected. Thank you Banfields.

The best experience!! As first time buyers, we had no clue what we were doing, but from our first show around our new home with October, to putting in our offer and the whole rest of the process Banfield’s have been amazing!! Georgina was always on the case to make sure our chain was progression and she never left us without an update. Jules, Fiona and Robyn were also always to hand to help out with any questions! When we eventually come to sell our house I would 100% use Banfield again!!

I have received an excellent service from the team at Banfield’s. The team led by Fiona is welcoming , friendly, professional and experienced. They advise and support through the process of selling and buying which can be stressful but they communicate and guide you through it. It was thanks to Joules that I found my property to buy, she takes notice and then advises on properties that might suit . I would highly recommend using the team at Banfield to sell your property. Thank you to Fiona. Joules, Robyne, Cathy, October and Georgina.. A great team .

As first-time buyers, the whole process felt daunting at the start, but the team made everything so much smoother and easier to understand. They were professional, friendly, and always willing to answer our questions, no matter how small. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt supported and kept up to date. Their guidance and reassurance really helped take the stress out of the process. We’re so grateful to Banfield for helping me and my partner secure our first property. I have recently bought my first very own house and couldn't have done it without the professional support of everyone at the Banfield Estate Agent! From viewing the house a couple of times with Robyn, to then gathering all the required paperwork and negotiations with Jules and Rebecca to finally exchanging and completing with Fiona, I never felt alone. Always supported by not only professional but super helpful and friendly staff! I am very lucky to be still living in the vicinity of the Banfield Estate Agents and calling them my neighbours. I will forever be grateful for all the help and support received! Oh and let's not forget the goodie bag received on my moving day! What a treat! Thanks a million ladies!!!

I recently sold my house through Banfields and found the whole experience very polite, friendly and professional. Starting with my meeting with Fiona, the realistic valuation and then engaging with the rest of the team who all played their part during the process until a buyer was found. They then recommended a very good and reasonably priced Solicitor. During the preparation of contracts and engaging with the vendors Solicitor they were constantly ensuring all parties were completing their documentation in a timely fashion. From my experience I would have no hesitation in recommending Banfields to sell my property.

After a disappointing property purchase fell through with another agent, Banfield certainly stepped up to improve our experience of becoming property owners! From the first viewing they were knowledgable and helpful and continued their contact throughout the process to ensure we were always up to speed with everything, even more so than our legal advisors! Thanks again for getting us in and settled before our family grew Jenny and Chris
