Used Manning Stainton to sell and also coincidentally for the purchase of our next property. I would be lying if I said the sale side was straight forward, there were a number of times when viewings were rearranged, cancelled and not communicated effectively. The reason for the 5 star review is mainly due to the professionalism of Move Manager Kay Berry. Kay went above and beyond to organise, communicate, ease anxieties on our behalves and also to coordinate all parties. She is responsive, personable, caring and has a tenacious attitude that has led to ensuring our purchase was tied up before the stamp duty deadline. A pleasure to work with you Kay and thanks again for all your help (as well as putting up with my stressing on numerous occasions).
