Was well worth the investment rather than the cheaper online alternatives. Our house was sold within a week of going on the market. In particular their customer service was excellent throughout the moving process, a special mention to Kay Berry our moving manager, she always kept us up to date and chased and pushed the solicitors on all sides to get things done as quick as possible. She was fantastic at keeping me calm when things got frustrating! Kay alone was worth the extra money over some competitors.

Kay Berry, Moving Manager at Crossgates has changed my thinking of Manning Stainton. From being adamant that I would never use Manning to sell my property, I went elsewhere but thankfully met Kay through the purchase of our forever home. Kay is thoroughly professional whilst also being a warm & friendly person, she has been my go to person throughout these long 7 months & being honest if it wasn't for her I think I would have given up long since but she kept me going and got us there. Sold my house through Manning within the manic stamp duty period, can't speak highly enough of the team effort at the Crossgates branch to keep me updated and keep things ticking along. I was passed to Kay Berry who managed the move once offers were accepted, Kay was absolutely fantastic, updates were clear and regular and you felt she was in control of all the minor details, I couldn't recommend her enough. I dealt with Kay Berry at the Crossgates branch who helped co-ordinate the move. Kay was fantastic from the start, she called me once the chain was complete to introduce herself, fully explain the process and answer any questions, she acknowledged that I work shifts and worked around this eg by not calling during the day time when I was working nights! I know Kay was in touch with everyone in the chain regularly, no questions I asked were silly and her responses were always prompt and professional but so friendly. Move day was made so much less stressful by Kay's hard work and I really felt supported through the entire process.

We have purchased a house through them, however, the chain had issues and Reena, a Move Manager for the company stepped in and managed the issues and every stage of the process (and bump in the road). She's a fabulous asset to your company, a lovely caring individual, who took the bull by the horns and sorted the issues down the chain. I suspect without her help, we would have been waiting longer or even worse the chain would have collapsed. Thank you Reena for all your hard work, Clarissa and I are eternally grateful. x

I recently used the Crossgates branch to help sell a property. From the start they dealt with all stages of putting the property on the market through to the viewings and finalising the sale. I spoke to Danielle a couple of times when I visited the Crossgates office and also on the phone. I found Danielle to be very helpful and dealt with my queries very promptly.
