Absolutely awful!! Me and my 2 year old moved into a property that had mold and damp everywhere which ruined all of our belongings. We got very sick while staying within the property and ended up having to leave early. I had begged this letting agency countless times for a year to help with this problem and they refused to do anything about it and constantly made me think I was delusional and told me "it's not mold, it's fine. It won't harm you" after moving out they are now charging me for dust. Would seriously not recommend this letting agency! They don't care about you but only money. There had also been a couple of incidents where they allowed the landlord to come into the property when I was out and without my knowledge and had also let contractors try and come in using a key without my knowledge when I was bathing.

Manning Stainton were a fantastic support to me when completing on my property this week. Natalie went above and beyond when a delay in completion left me stranded. She persuaded my vendor to allow me to store my possessions overnight in the house despite it not yet having completed, stood in the cold with me as my removals unloaded and was chasing the solicitors none stop to make my completion happen. I'm so grateful as I was in such a sticky situation and Natalie really turned it around (and prevented me from needing to find a storage unit at 5pm!).

She was very kind and supportive I'm the initial Valuation, which made it an easy decision to pick them for selling the house. I recently sold my property through Manning Stainton, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. From my very first meeting with Lesley at the valuation, I felt completely at ease. She was warm, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, I knew right away that I would be in safe hands. Throughout the viewings stage, I was mainly looked after by Dale, who was also absolutely lovely to deal with. I had previously listed my property with another local estate agent and, over the course of three months, only had one viewing booked with them. In complete contrast, Manning Stainton generated a steady stream of viewings from the moment my property went live. They would also keep jn touch with regular updates and advice. Once an offer had been made and accepted, I was supported by Danielle and Tyler. They were kind, professional and extremely helpful. I faced several challenges and frustrations with my conveyancer, and they guided me through every step, keeping me updated not only on my own sale but on progress across the rest of the chain. They genuinely did everything they could to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. They also escalated any concerns I had regarding my conveyancer to their team that managed their panel of conveyancers, which helped things along. I am genuinely pleased that I chose Manning Stainton. Their communication, professionalism and support were outstanding, and I’m very happy to have successfully sold my home with them. Highly recommended! The only other thing to note, which is nothing to do with the service offered by Manning Stainton, is that I had a terrible experience with the conveyancers that MS recommend. I don’t think this is the norm, as the reviews the conveyancer have are mostly positive, but I would not recommend their conveyancers based on my experience.
