Jo at Halls in Ellesmere was very helpful and did everything she could to keep us up to date right the way through until completion. We had a number of queries with the seller to which we couldn't always get answers but Jo dealt with these very quickly for us.

GoogleHalls have been wonderful to deal with throughout our search for a new home in Shropshire. All dealings with staff are thoroughly professional and Jo has been absolutely amazing and supportive throughout. She responds to emails even when on holiday and she's been excellent at getting answers to all of our questions and liaising with solicitors. Jo has looked after us so well and she clearly cares about the buyers as well as the vendors. We can't fault the service we've received and we can't recommend Halls highly enough. FacebookHalls have sold both our house and a deceased relatives flat and worked incredibly hard to ensure both sales completed. This was all going on throughout the pandemic and various lockdowns. They could not have worked harder or been more responsive to our needs, keeping us informed and solving problems. I must mention Jo who was an absolute star throughout.
Dealt with Jo at Halls both to buy and sell my home in Northwood. We were updated frequently, attention to detail and totally professional throughout the processHowever beware of the you’ll have to ask!!

GoogleWrongly advertising a property as "detached" when digging a little further it's clearly a semi-detached...check details before advertising on both your own website & Rightmove.
Dear Alison, please accept our sincere apologies for the error. The listing was supposed to advertise the garage as detached, not the bungalow itself. The error was swiftly noticed and amended accordingly. We are sorry to hear of your frustration and we do sympathise, however, our clients are in receipt of multiple offers and we are awaiting their instructions as to how they want to proceed. The property has certainly not been advertised as a 'different lot', we do not quite understand this comment. More than happy to talk it through but we can not give you a response to your offer without hearing back from the 'homeowners'.

GooglePrior to my house purchase, I’d been to a handful of viewings with Halls and they’ve been great from the very beginning. Being a first time buyer, I didn’t have much knowledge about a lot of the process but Jo and the team were so helpful with thoroughly explaining things. We encountered some bumps in the road with the solicitors but Halls continued to chase responses, and in a timely manner, kept me fully updated with any progress that was made. I would totally put my trust in Halls in the future if and when I decide to sell.

GoogleHalls Ellesmere, especially Jo Amos, have been outstanding whilst dealing with the sale of our family home for my elderly parents. I have been blown away by the service we received throughout the process - from day one when Alan met my parents to consider the listing and then subsequently when Jo managed the sale of the property. Nothing has been too much trouble and all queries were dealt with with kindness and professionalism. GoogleI recently bought a property through Halls of Ellesmere. It was the first time I had bought a house on my own so it was scary. The office staff were all wonderful. If I called asking No to call me back she always did. If I asked for information they always found the answer. The sale was not straight forward but Halls were with me every step of the way. I was always being told 'no worry is too small. If it matters to you then it matters to us'. They were highly professional yet exceptionally friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. I have no doubt that I would not be in my new home as soon as I was were it not for the determination and tenacity of the Halls team. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Recent changes to personal in the lettings department have really improved my personal experience and allowed me to leave my property in their safe and capable hands. Any problems I do encounter are very promptly addressed and resolved. I will certainly be staying with Halls if this service is maintained which I am confident will be with the new Lettings Manager and Team. Well done.
