GooglePrior to my house purchase, I’d been to a handful of viewings with Halls and they’ve been great from the very beginning. Being a first time buyer, I didn’t have much knowledge about a lot of the process but Jo and the team were so helpful with thoroughly explaining things. We encountered some bumps in the road with the solicitors but Halls continued to chase responses, and in a timely manner, kept me fully updated with any progress that was made. I would totally put my trust in Halls in the future if and when I decide to sell.

GoogleI recently bought a property through Halls of Ellesmere. It was the first time I had bought a house on my own so it was scary. The office staff were all wonderful. If I called asking No to call me back she always did. If I asked for information they always found the answer. The sale was not straight forward but Halls were with me every step of the way. I was always being told 'no worry is too small. If it matters to you then it matters to us'. They were highly professional yet exceptionally friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. I have no doubt that I would not be in my new home as soon as I was were it not for the determination and tenacity of the Halls team. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
