I would like to thank the Robinson's Sedgefield Office

I would like to thank the Robinson's Sedgefield team (and particularly Sharon) for all the help and support they have given me through the somewhat lengthy period it took to sell my beautiful old house. The time taken is in no way their fault as Robinson's have done everything they could to send a steady stream of viewings. Sharon also helped me to cope with the frustration of eager sounding buyers (almost) who took us all the way and then pulled out at the very last minute, sending us all back to square one. However, together we have now achieved a successful sale to a lovely family who I'm sure will be as happy as we were in our house. Thank you Sharon for your unfailing positivity, professional support and a job well done.

I dealt with Elaine from Robinsons Marton branch in Cleveland and she was excellent. Elaine always responded to any questions I had, she was very knowledgeable and communicated up and down the chain to keep things moving. In fact all the staff were very professional, easy to talk and I would highly recommend Robinsons and will use them if and when I need to move again.

Robinsons estate agent Ingleby Barwick Amazing customer service

Having had a dim view of estate agents because of a bad experience with the last one I used that was suppose to let my property and was nightmare I was reluctant and bit hesitant on using another. I took a leap of faith and rang Robinsons Ingleby Barwick office. Donna was the person who dealt with lettings and she was so positive reassuring and genuine that I signed up to let our property. Toni who deals with incoming calls was professional and always rang me back when promised and took many of my calls such a lovely approach to customer service. Donna was my main contact throughout the whole process and I cannot speak any more highly of her so professional and her reputation for fantastic customer service is 2nd to none honestly the service From her is brilliant so warm and helpful nothing is too much trouble.Great communication From her She kept me informed every step of the way. Viewings organised and followed up with feedback. The house was let within couple weeks and as a result of such an amazing service another house we let we have now gone to a managed service thanks to Donna this was so quick for us. She is an asset to Robinsons. Danny who is Branch Manger was positive and very helpful in all our conversations and really wanted the best for us we felt valued and respected As a landlord you cannot as for a more organised team A very brilliant team Thank you 😊

Robinsons on Ingleby Barwick Are the best estate agents Serving the area in my experiences

Ingleby Barwick office Have dealings over the past 5 years and would just like to say Danny and his team are doing A great job .Ive have recently sold ,bought ,and rented a property out with them .The can do approach from Danny with his realist valuation on property’s for sale and rental the property was not sat on the market and having to reduce it time and time again and making it look like a closing down sale .Donna and Toni also are great at their roles in sales and rentals keeping myself as a landlord up to date with current legal regulations for industry. Robinsons as a company need to keep supporting the office with back up from head office as iam sure they already do thanks Andrew

After registering with Robinsons to look for a property they kept me informed on line about all properties in my chosen area, when I selected one to view Becky was very helpful and I felt went the extra mile to guide me through the letting process keeping me informed of my progress and offering useful advice. when I visited the office at Marton in Cleveland all the staff were helpful and polite. It has been a pleasure doing business with them and should I require a property in the future they will be my choice of professionals.

2017 to 2019 i rented a property in Stockton. I would strongly recommend using the stockton branch if you are looking for a new home. Mr Robinson the land Lord was 5star he helped with the application fees. He employs staff who give 5star customer service they ensure all annual safety checks where booked around a time that suited me. I would like to say a special thank you to George Robinson and Claire Etheridge for giving me and my daughter a place we called home.I think it's important to recognise when you receive outstanding customer services.Well done

Robinsons Crook.

Robinsons were initially very keen to take over listing my property for sale. Fees were agreed as they said they'd match the fees of the company I was currently with. All was good.The property eventually sold, and paperwork was filled out with solicitors etc. On this paperwork information was supplied regarding Robinsons fees etc, as agreed initially this was a price INCLUSIVE of VAT, but when it actually came down to it after the sale was completed, Robinsons were quite happy to inform the solicitors that the cost was actually EXCLUDING VAT. WHY????? I really wasn't happy with this at all, what also annoyed me was the fact I had to pay for Robinsons to have their fee sent electronically, but they only felt the need to return the stolen money via check after they were confronted about it, with a blasé "OH YEAH". This is not acceptable at all. How many other people does this happen too that don't actually check the completion figures.If it wasn't for the issue with the fee, the review rating would have been higher, but unfortunately this isn't something that should be happening.

I’ve been with Robinson letting for years and they were great with keeping me updated with the rented property problems and they organised trades to do any outstanding work . When it came for me to sell the property I had no hesitation in getting Robinson to deal with the sale and again we’re great at keeping me updated with viewing and emails yes first class would recommend Robinson to anyone who were selling the property

From making the appointment to value my property right through to completion of the sale the staff at Robinson Bishop Auckland office kept me up to date and were proactive at all steps of the way. I moved to France just before the sale was confirmed but this made no difference to the service received and I felt confident that I could leave things, including the keys, in their hands to ensure that the sale went smoothly. Robinson sold our house after a week in the market, so bought a house as well through Robinson and Claire was a good negotiator . She’s the one who negotiate our sell and purchased of our house. Switched and Sold

Having originally decided to sell our house with a different estate agent, having no success despite many viewings we switched to Robinsons. The staff are knowledgeable and most certainly efficient and focused on making the sale happen. After been on the market for nearly 12 months we switched to Robinson’s and had agreed a sale in just two months. We had used Robinsons, Durham City for many years as our management letting agency for a house rental. We decided to sell the rental property and our own home together as a pair and we could not have placed that responsibility in better hands. It is not an easy task to sell 2 houses as a pair together. All of the staff are 5 star people who understand the needs and problems of vendors. Robinson's have a vast array of experience, understanding and empathy which, we had to call on during our selling process. Their representative (Keith) who initially visited us and advised us regarding their marketing and advertising was extremely good, very experienced, helpful and polite. The office staff including, Joanne, Anne and Stacey could not have done enough for us throughout the process. Their Customer Service was second to none, even when we had a few problems they were all there to advise and lend a helping hand. Jade and the ladies were amazing!

Dealing with the ladies at the Sedgefield office was great from start to finish. Anita gave up her time after work to show me around some houses and when I finally decided on one, Jade went above and beyond to make sure the process was as stress-free as possible for me. She kept me up to date with progress and chased up solicitors on both sides to make sure everything was on track. As a First Time Buyer, that sort of customer service was amazing.I’d highly recommend using this estate agency and I’d like to thank Jade and the girls for all their hard work.

Sharon went over and above her remit…

Sharon went over and above her remit to ensure the smooth sale of our property. Her help in maintaining a good relationship and accurate regular communication with our buyer has been superb. We know that we would not be in the position we are - having exchanged contracts and having a move date of next week- without her relentless determination to see this through. We’ve only moved once before and that sale, too, was through Robinsons. Yet again, we find ourselves able to say that Robinsons have done a fantastic job on marketing and selling our house from beginning to end. Great experience 100% recommended

Great experience with the Crook branch of Robinsons. All the guys dealing with my house purchase were very friendly, professional and offered sound advice. The viewing was arranged promptly and the guy turned up on time (several viewings with other estate agents had been late or re-arranged). Everything was explained very clearly to me in regards to the history of the house with no hidden information, which is always nice. When offering advice regarding which solicitor to use for my purchase, no bias opinions were offered, just a really good local firm who managed to get the sale through in record time. And if they had not recommended this, I'd have gone elsewhere and possibly not gotten the same service.Picking the keys up again was a joy, rang to arrange an appointment and 10 minutes later, I had my little blue bag containing my new house keys and a little bottle of celebration plonk, happy days!All in all a very good experience with Robinsons and more than well deserved 5 star rating.

Mostly good, but I am disappointed by the poor attention to detail.

I use the Durham branch of Robinsons Lettings to rent out property. I pay for the Full Management Service because I want peace of mind, and because I want to know that anything I forget or miss will be picked up by the agents.For the most part I am happy with the work that Robinsons staff do, everything important seems to get done okay.But my trust in Robinsons has been undermined recently by poor attention to detail and some silly, embarrassing mistakes by their staff.Eg 1) I was sent a new Agency Agreement to sign during a vacant period. Names and addresses were spelled wrong and I had to ask the young lady to correct it and send it out again.Eg 2) The name of the tenant has been wrong on the Keystone Property Inspection Reports for years, and they never corrected it after I pointed it out to them. It was just a spelling mistake with regards to the first tenant, but now I have a new tenant, the name hasn't been updated and it is now completely wrong.Eg 3) Mistakes made in the Initial Inventory including a section on a bathroom that doesn't exist in the property, duplicated photos, missing captions on photos, tenant's name wrong again.Eg 4) Yeah I know, I'm getting bored too, but the list goes on. Sometimes a Robinsons staff member will email a document to me, asking me to review it, make amendments if needed, and then return it. So I do all this and then I'm told I didn't need to because it's only for the tenant's benefit and isn't important. Oh great, thanks for wasting my time and taking my money too.If I were only paying for tenant finding or rent collection, I might overlook these silly mistakes, but because I'm paying for the full service, I expect a higher standard. Therefore I give 3 stars.A letting agency that can't get the tenant's name right. Seriously?

The team have made what could have been a tedious process as easy and simple as possible. I don't intend on moving house again any time soon but Robinsons would certainly be my estate agent of choice again.

From start to finish the customer service was excellent. My house SOLD within 2 days for full asking price.
