Excellent service in Sedgefield

Excellent service from the Sedgefield branch! Having dealt with Ryan for several years when he personally managed our property (whilst we lived abroad), he was the most obvious choice when it came to selling our property. Ryan valued our home, took top quality photographs, created a video tour and immediately had viewings lined up. His service was flawless. I struggled with anxiety when selling the home and Ryan was constantly on hand when I needed help or support. He went above and beyond, reassured me and spoke to me like I was a person and not just a number. His personal approach outshines any estate agent I have ever dealt with. Throughout the process, even during the odd temporary hiccup with the sale both Sharon and Jade were helpful, supportive and demonstrated why they really are the best estate agents in the area. Words cannot convey how appreciative my family and I are to this utterly amazing team. Thank you Robinsons for everything you have done for us. I first tried to buy a house 1 year ago through Michael poole the house was going through for around 8 month. Michael poole only contacted me when i put the offer in then nothing for months i was constantly chasing them and getting ignored so i decided to pull out off the deal and not deal with them again.Then i spotted this property through robinsons i was dealing with Becky all the way through she was very professional and contacted me on a weekly basis with updates.I didnt even have to chase solicitors Becky did all that for me and pushed the deal through alot quicker than i thaught it would take.Becky made buying my home stress free without any worries at all.I would 100% recommend Robinsons to anyone buying a home keep up the good work.

Initial visit to value our rental…

Initial visit to value our rental property was a very positive experience.Michael Hughes was was both very professional and very personable .He took the marketing photos there and then and we were very pleased with them .Micheal was very knowledgeable about the local housing market and realistic in his valuation. .The property was quickly put online and we had several viewing in the first week and a sale agreed by the end of the second week, far in excess of the asking price and our own expectations. Communication was consistently good throughout from all of the Durham office staff and we are very satisfied with how Robinsons managed our sale ,completing on the 20th August. The best service and advice .

We were selling our Mother’s house, and due to age and condition of her old property, it was a difficult task and we needed a lot of support and help from Robinsons. Our Mother had died near Christmas and during lockdown.Angela Hodgson was regularly in touch with me, and both solicitors and buyers.We were very impressed with the service. 5* Service Through the Entire Process!

I chose Robinsons to sell my late father's house in Sedgefield because Ryan was so enthusiastic and I really believed that he would strive to get the best deal for us. He is so passionate about selling houses and that was exactly the attitude I was looking for!He did a superb job with the photos and video and I expect that he met every buyer with enthusiasm and must have done an excellent job "selling" the property (he handled all the viewings as I don't live nearby) as we had a lot of interest and accepted an offer within a few weeks.Every time I called the office to ask a question I found the whole team to be really helpful and happy.Really great experience with the Sedgefield branch of this company thanks to Ryan, Sharon and Jade! 5* service through the entire process!

We have just moved into our dream home and couldn't be happier. We still cant believe how lucky we are and how quickly and smoothly both the purchase and sale of our old property went once we'd had our offer accepted on our new home. Both transactions were handled with expertise by Victoria at Robinsons Ingleby Barwick. The whole team, in particular Richard (and Chris in the early stages) went above and beyond to ensure it all came together, keeping us updated almost daily. Victoria was always available to listen to our concerns and reassure us when we were nervous or worried, she was both professional and empathic to the concerns we had on delays by other professionals and we are extremely grateful to her for sharing her experience and knowledge and guiding us through the stresses of both our sale and purchase. Fantastic in every way.

We sold our property through robinsons, the service has been outstanding. We have dealt with many members of the team however the main one being Gill Palmer who has been amazing, she's helped out all the way through and has been an absolute pleasure to work with, cant fault the service at all, extremely friendly, very professional and one of the very few parts of the sale that was smooth, easy and a pleasure to be part of.Terry also needs a special mention he was absolutly amazing from finding us a mortgage to saving our sale 2 days before we were due to move and doing everything he possible could to fix an issue caused by a third party. A shame for one to let you down

I have recently bought and sold through Robinsons - Sam and Natalie were wonderful and very good at their job, in fact, every other person I dealt with in that office was never anything short of lovely. However, the person I was dealing with (A), was rude, patronizing, and generally unpleasant to deal with. She made the whole process more challenging and I found her manner abrasive and rude most of the time. For that reason, I will not use Robinsons in the future to sell a home.

This is the third house that Robinsons have sold for us over the past 30yrs and yet again we have been extremely pleased with their service. Robinsons are ahead of the game as regards Online viewing. The quality of the video that Louie put together for us was exceptional and our purchaser was not disappointed when they booked to view and commented on how good the video walk through the house was. Robinsons Darlington dealt with my purchase of a house at Newton Aycliffe.Each time I called them - they answered the phone.Each time they said they'd get back to me - they did.The staff were professional and reliable, with a strong outward confidence and maturity that instilled trust and assurance in me throughout a long and complicated purchase.On an individual basis, I dealt mostly with a lady called Joy. I'm not sure I have the vocabulary to explain how truly brilliant she is at her job. If I owned a company, I'd want Joy heading up my team. She is the consummate professional and one of the most tenacious people I have ever encountered. Her ability to track down and report back information would shame a Fleet Street reporter.If Joy is representative of the other staff at Robinsons then every other estate agent in the North-East should be quaking in their boots and wondering how they can step up to the mark.Does she bring in huge sales? I've no idea. Does she make an excellent cup of tea? You're guess is as good as mine. Does she sing like an angel at the Christmas Karaoke? Perhaps! On these things I have no idea, but I'll tell you what I know for sure. She provides the level of service that we all hope to receive, but rarely get. She does the job that ALL estate agents should do, and she does it exceptionally well.It may sound like I'm making a little too much noise, but in this day and age it is rare to find anyone or any business that actually gives a service you feel impressed by, so when it happens, I like to make some noise.It's easier to get a round of drinks from me than it is to get five Stars, so those first four stars are for Robinsons, but that fifth one, that very top one, is exclusively for Joy because she earned it.Thanks Robinsons!Thanks Joy :)
