Outstanding service from Sedgefield Robinson’s branch!

The Sedgefield branch for Robinsons have been an absolute pleasure to work with - the entire team have been informative, professional and incredibly friendly. My overall experience has been a glowing one and I cannot thank the three team members that I dealt with enough for all they have done for me during my let and move to one of their properties. When I viewed Bank Top - I was shown around by Ryan. After viewing many properties already and having had either neutral or negative dealings with other estate agents, Ryan was a breath of fresh air. He was kind, helpful and made me feel totally welcome and at ease. I immediately fell in love with the property and Ryan was extremely helpful in explaining the application process and made sure I immediately had all of the information required to apply. I was then put in touch with Sharon to help me manage the application process. Sharon was also fabulous - she was extremely patient with me, answered my (many!) questions, and helped me navigate through the application, replied very quickly to any of my emails and communicated with me fully whilst I waited for references, and my application, to go through. I was then passed along to Danni to complete the letting process - Danni has also been nothing short of wonderful in the final stages of me taking over the tenancy for Bank Top. Once my application had been successful, Danni explained the final stages and was extremely flexible and understanding when agreeing a move-in date with me and what the process would be. I cannot rate my experience with the Robinson’s Sedgefield branch highly enough. Ryan, Sharon and Danni are a credit to the company and have made one aspect of, what’s been an extremely stressful period of my life, as smooth and pleasant an experience as they possibly could. I have absolutely no doubt that if I need their help again in the future, that I’ll receive a stellar service. If you’re looking for a new property, I wouldn’t hesitate to get in touch with this team - they’ll keep you right, offer you all the help you need and even provide some witty banter along the way. Ryan is knowledgeable, talented, honest, and proactive; he listens with genuine concern to your needs and motivations and works his socks off to help you. We were blown away by the skill and attention to detail he put into our listing; no wonder it generated a 17 viewing bookings by the first day! On top of all this, the team made us feel cared for. Robinsons will give you Joy…..

We have moved home a couple of times in the last ten years and have used other town based estate agents, with mixed results.We chose Robinsons as they were handling the property we were buying, so it made sense to keep both sales with one agent.From the start they were very good.Valuation was handled quickly, property on market, viewings resulted in several interested buyers.So far so good.What made everything special from then on was contact made with us from staff member Joy Cruddas.She rang, explained she would be in charge of our sale and move, and if we had any problems, to speak to her directly.We didn’t need to ; Joy was always first on the phone to us, updating, chasing solicitors, ironing out the sort of problems we all meet during the difficult job of selling and buying your new home.There were difficulties, as there always is, but Joy hit them all out of the park….. and rang us at every opportunity to reassure us she was doing everything possible.The upshot of this was the sale and purchase was completed within 12 weeks - an incredible timeline when you take into account this all took place over the Christmas/New Year period, with offices closing for the celebration.To say Joy was a credit to Robinsons doesn’t really go far enough. Her professionalism, coupled with a strong business head and a sense of humour we all needed at various points ( it is never easy moving….) made everything look easy, and we all know it is not.As for the other members of staff , they were a great help, all phone calls handled with courtesy, couldn’t do enough for you.So Robinsons. Use them for your property sale - and you may be lucky enough to get Joy as your designated point of contact.

Amazing Team - so hard working and professional

The team at Robinsons are simply fantastic. I am so grateful towards the positive and helpful staff. The team at the CROOK branch oversee the management of my lettings and Clare and Danielle are brilliant with the finding, securing and settling in of new tenants. They make the whole process seamless for me as a landlord, whilst they are working tirelessly to arrange viewings, contracts and inventories. They both professionally ensure a strong communication chain between contractors, tenants and landlord. The team at BISHOP AUCKLAND are so hard working and deliver amazing customer service. I have viewed many properties over the past few years and Lynn has been so helpful answering questions and assisting with her knowledge of the properties. After recently completing a purchase I can say that the help and support from both Allyson, Zoe and Jamie-Lee has been absolutely amazing and very much appreciated. During the purchase I was kept informed of the stages of the sale and there was clear communication with the vendors. I had a tricky experience when some paperwork was needed from the solicitors which delayed the completion date, and Allyson was able to inform the vendors, navigate the situation and keep us calm in the process. What a great service from Robinsons.

What a great service from Robinsons in Sedgefield. Ryan, Sharon and Danni were fantastic throughout our house sale and the whole experience was a refreshing change from other estate agents. We had notifications of every viewing by email and text, and feedback from viewings was passed to us personally within about 48 hours. Paperwork was handled efficiently by email and we were kept up to date throughout the process. As is common in property conveyancing, there were delays caused by other parties but Robinson’s did their very best to keep us informed with weekly updates and the passing-on of any information about the other parties’ progress. I cannot fault the service or helpful attitude of Ryan and the team at Robinson’s Sedgefield.

My partner and I have recently purchased a property in sedgefield that was sold by Robinson’s. We viewed a few properties being sold by Robinsons team prior to finding our dream home and I have to say every time the team were flexible with viewings, professional, friendly and always keen to help. Nothing was ever a problem. We met Ryan of a number of occasions and he was absolutely fantastic, such a lovely gentleman, very personable and offered us great advice and help with our purchase. Sharon & Danni were also always helpful in the office, answering queries, letting us back in to the property with architects, liaising between the seller and solicitors to assist with a speedy purchase. We were looking to sell our family home in Sedgefield and we had contacted other agents in Sedgefield , we had previously sold a property in Wynyard with Robinsons Fine and Country and found it be a positive experience. We wanted an agent that was honest and not just give us an inflated asking price to get our business. Ryan from Robinsons Sedgefield appraised our home and we knew that Robinsons had been selling homes in Sedgefield quickly. Sold my house through Robinsons Sedgefield branch. Ryan is incredible - when having agents round to value the house, Ryan was the most enthusiastic about the sale and answered anything we needed. When it came to putting the house up, we agreed a realistic price and he took some amazing photos and an incredible video tour. The team had it on the market the next day and we had loads of viewings booked just hours later. ROBINSONS SEDGEFIELD BRANCHI don't usually leave a review this early in a house sale and purchase, we've moved 9 times in our lifetime, but the experience with the Sedgefield branch especially with Ryan and Jade has been by far the best we've had.We had seen a property we were interested listed by the branch so thought we'd give them the opportunity to list ours as well. I have been semi retired for several years prior to moving back to the area and had worked for 2 estate agents in Doncaster, so had prior experience of how poorly they are run, driven by profit over any form customer service in both places.So Ryan was like a breath of fresh air when he came, personable friendly and honest, not a usual estate agent trait I've found. He had the pictures, video, floor plan, listing up and running within a day, I've seen this take a week in other places I worked. Also the communication is excellent, the viewings confirmed by phone, then email and text, on the day they come in. Jade who is sadly leaving, once again just exceptional service and her and Ryan work ethic is really something Robinsons should be very proud of.So our first viewing offered at full asking price, we've had our offer accepted straight away, all done quickly and efficiently by this branch.Early days in the process, and we hope all 3 parties involved solicitors have the same drive, urgency and enthusiasm for their job's Robinsons have.If buying selling in the area then Robinsons Sedgefield should be your first phone call.Tom Gash

Sharon and Jade were so helpful over the phone and dealt with all our enquiries in such a friendly yet professional manner and always managed to fit us in with viewings etc as soon as possible even though they had a busy schedule.
