GoogleMartin and Co have recently taken over as my letting agents. I must say their due diligence and professionalism are second to none. We had a few issues with the property and once we told martins of these they acted quickly to rectify them. Marie in particularly has been excellent throughout in organising and arranging for works to be carried out and completed and then following up to ask if we are satisfied and there are no further issues. A wonderful service throughout, and Iβd happily recommend martins to anyone.

GoogleI moved out after my 6 months lease then Laura Pickerill did the exit check and decided that they'll keep all my deposit for painting the walls. I only stayed in this 3 bedroomed house with my son yet she thinks I don't deserve my deposit back. I paid my rent religiously even when I lost my job for 3 months during the lease be period . I got a job in Derbyshire where I would go and stay there for 4 days and come back to Crewe for 2& a half days. I didn't know that it's a requirement for me to paint the house again after moving out. I cleaned the house after moving. I forgot a rug outside and 2 bicycles which I forgot in the shed ,which I later collected . I see all this as unfair treatment for people of colour and unfairness on her part. They couldn't find a tenant for the house for October that's why they're making me pay for the rent by keeping my deposit of Β£923. My rent was Β£800. I'm disappointed to find that this is how this company treats people of colour. My deposit is too much to cover the small scratches on the walls which were not even fully painted when I moved in but instead touched up.

GoogleWe recently re-let our property through Martin & Co and I am pleased to say they provided their usual excellant five star service. Ben Noden and his colleagues acted very quickly and efficiently which meant a new tenant was able to move in very qsoon after the previous tenant moved out. Martin & Co have looked after our property for a number of years and we can see no reason why we would change that anytime soon.

Chris has gone above and beyond to work out an affordable deal with my landlord to keep us in our home and I could not be more thankful for all of their support as agents. GoogleMixed reviews of Martin and Co at first when recently renting a property. There were some maintenance issues which should have been sorted before our move in date but weren't therefore disrupting us somewhat during our move in. However the service from the Customer Service Team has been great, cannot fault them and their professionalism.

GoogleQuickly dealt with a couple of minor issues with respect to repairs at my tenancy. Had a contractor and the landlord on site within 2 days to discuss the issues and put a plan into place to rectify the problems. Kept me fully informed at all times, thanks to Dan at their Crewe Office
