Worst customer service I have ever received they continue to lie over the phone they called me saying I’m not priority due to issues with my kitchen which I reported before I moved in I have filed a claim with my lawyer to sue them and get my money back as well do not have to be treated they way they did to me over the phone. Update 3/06/24 picture below is the rude woman who lies to you on the phone and try scam me with my deposit I have reported her to trading standards and phone recordings will be given for evidence you will see the video people on TikTok & fb.

We had an urgent maintenance issue over the weekend, reported Sunday morning and got called back from as soon as they were notified, shortly after the contractor came to assess and diagnose the problem. Great agents to rent your next home with. I was in touch with Ben norden, who helped me with the viewings and onboarding. The process was really quick and straight forward, they were really clear about their process from the start. Once I moved in, I realised how easy their maintenance system is to raise any concerns (doesn't mean the flat was filled with issues from the start). Laura Pickerill/Joshua Jervis from there maintenance team responds in no time to the tickets you raise and provides really quick resolution to any issue. Would highly recommend using them for your next house renting.

Helpful Staff. Despite having issues with the property, Tallulah-Mae and Caroline were extremely helpful in attempting to mediate with a terrible landlord. They went above and beyond, despite the difficulties and again Tallulah-Mae was fully helpful in securing a full refund on my deposit and making life easy when moving out. It's not their fault that the landlord was how he was.

Avoid. Lots of fees. Room was dirty while I was moving in (Yet I got charged £35 for cleaning when I moved out!). Got laughed at when I reported (for the second time) that the fire alarm didn't work and was told it's my and my housemates responsibility. Also please notice how all the positive reviews are written at the same time by accounts that only have 1 review each.

Very upset with the way we are being treated. It has been over 2 weeks since we were told a rental would not go through. Through no fault of our own, landlord is now selling the property. We were advised we would receive a full refund on the deposit we paid. Yet we are still waiting for this. We have called a couple times, to be advised someone would call us back. I don’t want a call back, I want the deposit back. I can not believe during a pandemic, where my partner is furloughed, the staff of Martin and co are dragging there feet like this. It’s a disgusting way to treat customers in any circumstance!

Hardworking key worker thrown out of home under a section 21 for no reason at all. Payed rent to them for 10 years. Just to be thrown out with no time to prepare. Only for them to put the house back on the market for the same rental price. Terrible customer service. Awful to their tennents. And just to add I have two children aswel, lucky enough the council were a big help to find us a property because Martian and co didn’t have an ounce of passion. Spent thousands on our home just to be thrown out like trash

I should have listened to their previous tenants which said that this company doesn't care about the tenants, and the problems that the houses have.I am renting for 5 months now at Crewe 1 of their own properties, and there were several problems. To fix these problems you would have to wait minimum a month, or as in my case have not yet been resolved. A boiler and an electric shower that needs to be replaced they "cannot pay" to replace them. The boiler is noisy and leaks water, the person that came recommended to be changed, the company doesn't want the boiler changed. The electric shower has been burnt, while I had shower, and instead of replacing it, they have placed a different shower that now costs me in gas £400, and keeps running the gas meter.I am never going to rent from these people again. they treat their tenants like peasants of the old days, like I am the worst human walked on earth.I cant wait for the tenancy to end, I will go to citizens advisor and then to the council to report these things, and their behaviour towards me and my wife.
