GoogleRob did a great job on replacing the cladding on the front of the house due to storm damage Rachel at Martin's did a great job of getting the emergency repair done within a couple of hours on the day very happy with the service Had A damaged window , Contacted Martins, the issue was dealt with by Joshua very efficiently, and I was kept updated regarding the replacement glazing unit very happy with the service provided

GoogleWish I could put less than 1 star. In an attempt to deduct my deposit, they created a list of problems when I moved out. I found that those problems already existed when I moved in. I've already informed them and took photos of those problems when I moved in. How can they attempt to ask for a deposit deduction for some damages and dirty things that already exists? If you want your deposit back, don’t use greedy Martin & Co. - Demon, Vampire☠️☠️

GoogleWanted to with hold deposit for wear and tear damages on the property that was damaged when we moved in. Also with held money for cleaning my old place (even though I spent 5 hours cleaning before handing in keys) I arrive at the new place after being charged a cleaning service to clean what I have already cleaned I arrived at the new place to find black mold everywhere, urine and feaces all around the toilet and much more. After i complained about them charging me a cleaning fee for the old place when the new place was in such a condition, all they could offer was to get the land lord to come by when he is next available to clean the property. As if i am going to live in that filth until such time that they decide when they want to clean it. This is going to be my last tenancy with martin and Co. If you want some good advice... STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM. Pictures of filth in the new place after being charged exorbitant prices to clean the old place. It seems a standard practice to charge old tenants a cleaning fee but then don't actually clean the property before the new tenants arrive. Whose back pocket did my cleaning money end up in?

GoogleReported issues about the kitchen and that this to be fixed only to find out that a staff member forgot to put this all as needed to fix things when we called to find out what’s going on we asked to talk to lady who forgot to fix this all the staff member said yes that’s fine hold on the line then he came back to us telling she is not available and telling us we are not priority . Words can not say how rude this service is absolutely scared to be under the roof with a one year contract with this company hopefully the landlord won’t be as bad to us ….

GoogleWe rent from Martin & co , and the boiler stopped working so no heating or hot water so the same day we contacted Marie the property manager and Marie got a plumber out that day to see if it could be fixed but we needed a new one which she got sorted for us now we are all up and running that to Marie she is very polite and very helpful kept us informed all the way a great person to deal with.

GoogleI have been living in the current property since last more than 2 and a half years as a tenant with Martin and Co letting agency. They have been delivering excellent service in terms of property maintenance and repair. I really appreciate the support and timely property checks done by Martin and Co. I would also mention that my landlord is really a very nice person who listens and understands both tenants and the letting agency in a well-synchronized way. Property manager Marie Colclough has always been there for us to resolve each issue on priority. Thanks a lot, Martin & Co for the outstanding service!
