GoogleWe started looking for a Bungalow within a given area… bungalows are very hard to find.. either to buy or rent Konrad found us one and completed the entire deal and had us in within 20 days. AND just prior to Christmas.. i call that Fantastic !!

GoogleLong time customer of M&C and they have always provided a great service in fully managing my property. Clear communication, prompt action, and keeping me up to date with everything in progress. Most recently, Ben, Darcy, Jack, Joshua and Laura have all been great during a few complicated months. (As has anyone I may have forgotten). Would not hesitate to recommend M&C for property management services.

GoogleWorst customer service I have ever received they continue to lie over the phone they called me saying I’m not priority due to issues with my kitchen which I reported before I moved in I have filed a claim with my lawyer to sue them and get my money back as well do not have to be treated they way they did to me over the phone.

GoogleNew landlord with this Lettings Management Company. Thought this was going to be a "good fit" for me and a "positive working relationship". Sadly, their fees and costings are excessive. From my experience, they will milk every penny from you. Sadly, I'm already signed up with them, otherwise I certainly wouldn't go with them unless you have a lot of money. It's not been a good experience so far.

GoogleWe had a pretty rough move in. No heating or electricity for several very cold days, followed by ongoing issues for the first month. The flat was definitely not left in the state expected when vacating. I was previously renting from another Martin & Co branch who gave us a long list of things to do before moving out. Almost none of this was done for the flat we moved in to. If the tenants weren't willing to do it, I would expect a portion of their deposit to go towards it. Sopme parts of the flat were honestly vile and didn't appear to have a proper inspection. With many inquiries they appeared quite clueless. Replying with formalities rather than resolutions. I would often be given deadlines for when to expect certain visits or calls, then those dates would pass and I wouldn't be updated on anything. Always having to chase thnigs up myself. One saving grace, when compared to other places I have rented, is the contractor. We had a recent visit to fix up a few things after moving in. He's great, fixed everything we asked for to a high standard and even took a look at a few extra things while he was here. Timely, professional, easy communication. Thanks for all the help Rob!

GoogleMartin & Co have been a fantastic company to deal with, from being an aspiring landlord asking all the questions you can think off they would always answer and were happy to help, to the marketing off and tenancy going through on my property. I chose Martin & Co to market my property based on a few factors. Their ability to answer the phone 100% off the time compared to other companies who won't even bother to call back if you leave a message and when they did answer it wouldn't matter who you spoke to because all staff members had a great telephone manner and if that certain member of staff couldn't help you they'd arrange a call back which would actually happen (other companies don't bother). The market information they used to decide on the rental figure for my property was great too, rather than pick a figure out of the air or simply by opinion which had left me a bit baffled when speaking with other companies when they didnt really have any facts to backup their valuation other than "well that's what we think "they used market information which paid dividends when my property had multiple tenancy offers within 72 hours of going to market! I would highly recommend using Martin & Co, it's a great company with fantastic staff and I will only use them in the future!

From quickly finding a new tenant to dealing with an unexpected departure - including re-marketing, and very quickly locating new tenants, they managed to ensure continuity and at all times kept me well informed and with a most pleasant and professional demeanour. In particular, Darcy Weekes worked tirelessly throughout. I cannot fault Martin & Co and cannot recommend them highly enough.
