GoogleAs a potential purchaser I can only say that my overall experience of this company is poor. Over the past three months alone I have had no response back for several requests for viewings online, one viewing I did manage to get put their price up by £10,000 just days before and nobody bothered to inform me of this then today I turned up for a viewing the vendor didn't even know about,How embarrassing!

GoogleBen and Philip worked as a great team at the end of my tenancy. It’s not easy trying to bridge the service needed for both landlord and tenant. They do a great job! Well done both!

GoogleBeen using Butters for the last 8 years, saw the service steadily go down hill. However to my amazement my whole experience was changed by the Valuer Kris Edmonson who came out to value my property on Ruskin Road. She was all you would expect from a professional, courteous, knowledgeable and personable. She is the new standard!
