GoogleI’ve just used BJB to sell two houses and the whole team were great. Particular mention to Ryan and Georgina who were our main contacts and were fantastic throughout. Georgina especially went above and beyond to keep me updated and help in anyway she could. Thank you for all your help!

GoogleNice easy process in securing my house with the help of Michael from the crewe branch. Absolutely useless after you are locked into a contract. Will never rent through this agency again! The entire listing of property was garbage. I don't even think they had inspected property

GoogleBJB keep phoning me and leaving voicemails about a property I no longer own. Spamming me about 3 times a week. I’ve asked to be taken off their marketing list numerous times and they are clearly in breach of data protection. I would stay clear of them for all your business as they are clearly not very professional in how they run a business.

GoogleAvoid them if you are planning to sell your property through them: As a buyer, this is my experience with Butters john bee: Calls go to concierge service and nobody from branch office calls back either for fixing an appointment or even after your offer gets accepted. You will be lucky if your call gets connected to the branch office or somebody from branch office calls you back. You can expect a lot of call from them to cross sell mortgages Nobody responds to the email whether it is sales team or sales progression team or negotiating team Difficult to get an appointment for viewing a property Once, I travelled 2.5 hrs from my hometown in southeast to Crewe for an appointment . They sent a message 10mins before the appointment to inform that vendor had cancelled the appointment. When an appointment is cancelled, they may call you and if you miss their call, they don't inform you through email or text message. If you are lucky, they may call you 30 mins before the appointment to inform that it is cancelled. Pathetic service from them as they don't appreciate your time and effort. For your sanity sake, Please avoid them if you plan to sell or let your property with them

GoogleRang this estate agent 3 times on Wednesday and sent an email requesting to view a property that had just come on the market. In todays housing market I am aware of how important it is to get in contact quickly. Each time I was told someone would get back to me. They didn't! I rang again on Thursday and was assured someone would get back to me! Friday at 17.35pm still waiting. Very, very disappointed! This is totally unprofessional. One person who answered the phone on the Wednesday sounded like he was eating a sandwich while he was talking to me and he had the knowledge of someone on their 1st day of work experience!!!

GoogleAbsolute joke of a company. We put an offer in on a house and except for one 2 lined email confirming the offer, we have had no contact since to see if the vendor accepted. We contacted the office to speak to Ryan numerous times over a week to be told he and others were all busy and someone would call us back. This never happened. After waiting a week to hear back, my husband called again and we were informed the house was sold on Friday to someone else. No email or call from Ryan to tell us, even though they are open all day Friday, Saturday and today. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE. Absolutely shocking and incredibly unprofessional service, I will never sell or buy with these agents.
