Ben was super helpful in sorting out the tenancy agreement for my house after we needed some amendments. It was sorted within a few business days and referencing and a new tenancy agreement only took 24 hours which made a potentially stressful situation so much easier. Thank you!

Corrie has been very helpful and supportive throughout. However, I did find it a little nerve wracking, though, to wait until two days before entry date to get my rental contract by which time my contracts for sale had been exchanged and completion date agreed! A leap of faith required.

I am aware the all property experts have to follow their company procedure whilst doing their valuations. This is of course great as it gives you the full insight on how the estate agency works. I feel that this could be more efficiently by reducing the time of the explanation and concentrate more on the valuation. Jessica from Butters John Bee Crewe office was lovely, professional and very friendly, however I feel that this was my longest valuation.
