GoogleWe’ve been working with Ryan at the Crewe branch, he has been absolutely amazing to work with. He understands exactly what we are looking for and has local knowledge which is very helpful. He is very genuine and I know I can trust him to show me properties that meet my criteria. I would definitely recommend BJB 🐝 to anyone looking in the area. Bonus, they have excellent systems for reminders and texts when you’re booking viewings. I always love efficiency and organisation. Saves time and energy for everyone involved!

GoogleMy original review was quite positive, BJB couldn’t do enough to get you to sign up however that’s where it stops, the property management team are useless - been waiting 4 weeks for a simple repair with no replies to emails and failed promises on call backs. I accidentally overpaid on my rent, chased it weekly with the property management team for 2 months, no reply so I offset it against my rent and received a threat of eviction. I have never experienced anywhere with such poor after service, it’s disappointing that I have had to leave this review but I don’t see any alternative
Ricky, I am very sorry to hear about the problems you have encountered. I have tried to call on a couple of occasions but if you are able to contact the Crewe Property Management Team, I will look to try and resolve this issue for you as a matter of urgency

GoogleNatalie has viewed our property today and she has been extremely helpful and understanding of our issues with the rented house we live in. She has been so professional and logged everything that needs attention and is going to address all the faults that need fixing. Natalie gave us reassurance that she will get this report written up early next week and any problems to work direct through herself.
