GoogleHiya Roksana I want to say regarding service and professionalism. You especially and your team today have been amazing. I’ve been in so much of a tizz lately over housing due to my own house auction ending in a short time and a completion date will be within 28 working days. I need to secure myself a property very soon. Roksana you listened attentively to myself this morning after many attempts of getting a viewing. You listened to my situation and I could feel your sympathy which really helped me. How amazing I was squeezed in for the viewing (over the moon) Roksana your professionalism when faced with delays of other viewings to being unable to access the property you kept your composure with such a lovely smile on your face. Very professional in a very caring manner.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for Roksana . We are glad she was of great assistance to you and feel free to call whenever you need help in the future Kind Regards BJB Crewe

GoogleMicheal for viewing at property was very helpful and polite. This was my review I am living in a damp infested flat paying close to 500!! I have moss growing on my furniture mould on my curtains and bedding it is absolutely disgusting and I am ashamed that this could be done to a single 19 years old girl, the damp has been as issue here for many years as my hole street is infested with it, I feel like I have been fobbed of I was homeless before living here and even when I was homeless my clothes and property wasn't as damp and ruined!!!
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for Michael. We are glad he was of great assistance to you and feel free to call whenever you need help in the future Kind Regards BJB Crewe Lettings
