GoogleNothing was to much trouble. All staff contacted were always polite and helpful even silly / difficult questions I asked were always answered in a caring professional way. A well known local Estate Agent does what say's on the tin. Well done to all at Helmores Crediton.

GoogleRob and his team at Helmores must be one of the most forward thinking, client conscious Estate Agents I've met and In my line of work I meet many of them. Their marketing is amongst the best I've seen, their website is fantastic and the videos they do on their properties will blow you away. All this leads to a sale price that is always the best that can be achieved!

GoogleWas fantastic working with Ian and he got the house on the market and sold really quick. I only did 4 stars as During the completion process I felt like we were being badgered quite a lot to complete, which was out of our hands. We also kept getting told that our buyers were hoping to complete on a certain date and that they were getting 'antsey' which made us feel uneasy . So we felt a bit pressured from Helmores in that respects. But everything else was perfect.

GoogleMe and my boyfriend are looking to move out, and we stumbled across this property and enquired about it. They told me to write all my references over. And I would call them later one in the week, and offer 6 months rent upfront for this poperty, still telling me it’s available and they will call us updating us with it. Called them the following few days, and was informed it’s been off the market for over a week now. So annoyed, and upset, due to us being in a rush to move out.

The members of staff have great local knowledge and are experienced, which I feel is very important. Top marks to all the team, I also like the fact that Ian is going to plant 2 trees for each of his sales.

GoogleI can't recommend the entire team at Helmores enough. Nothing was ever too much trouble. So, they may "look" more expensive at first glance. But they hide no hidden extras. And you get what you pay for. Their Sales Progression Team alone were worth their weight in gold, contacting solicitors for updates, and keeping communication going between my buyer and myself. This REALLY took a lot of the waiting and stress away. From offer to completion was a very respectable 11 weeks. From the Valuation, Drone Photography at no extra cost, to the easy-to-manage Viewings App, Helmores professionalism and kindness shone through. I'm very thankful they had my back through an emotionally stressful move, and during a difficult market.
