Well after receiving a valuation )…

Well after receiving a valuation ) based on a developer making a profit was not really what I was expecting ,being asked if I wanted a high or low valuation also puzzled me ,  And asking for a Valuation on another Property ( ) that has still not been received after weeks and weeks , I did call to confirm Helmore's proceeding with the sale ( ) on the 6th August but still have had no reply, so I guess Helmore's are either lazy can't be bothered or just not interested in the possible sale of TWO properties in a very sought-after area thus losing a potential percentage 1.75 % on £800.000.

Helmores undertook the sale of my property and throughout the whole process from start to completion they were without doubt the one positive that I could look to. I was always kept up to date on the sale process as much as was possible and any calls for information were met both promptly and positively. If I were to purchase a property in the area in the future (mine was a sale only situation) I would not hesitate to call on Helmores as my primary 'go to', comfortable in the knowledge that any stress may be mitigated and that a professional team is onboard.

Helmores staff were able to let us know immediately the house we had loved and lost was back on the market so we snapped it up after viewing with a lovely member of staff who knew the area well so was really helpful. All staff were lgbt friendly which made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The process of buying took ages due to various issues. So Helmores staff, Emma and Loren, were a crucial point of contact, and worked tirelessly to prompt the seller and their solicitor on numerous occasions. Although Helmores weren't selling our house, they were key to us buying our new home due to the amount of liaison they had to do in our circumstances. Great communication. Empathic. Courteous. We would highly recommend them.

if you are looking to rent in this current UK market DO NOT! consider, bother or approach helmores to do so.having had the diabolical experience which such a company I will not be recommending this half assed hoighty snub nosed lazy agency to a single person.I went in as they had a few properties 'to let' in the window, it was mid morning on a Wednesday and myself and my father were the only ones on the place, they were not busy.we were left standing around for 10 odd minutes before Becky who was on the sales team - not the lettings - came and approached us (I'm sure she would of sooner but she was the only staff member who appeared to actually be doing any work) she informed us that the ENTIRE LETTINGS TEAM were not in office. that they were all working from home?! Becky was the only saving grace of the entire company as she went out of her remit to engage and offered to call us back within an hour after making contact with the lettings team and took our details.within the hour Becky had kept her promise and called to update us, sadly she was unable to contact anyone on the lettings team.when the lettings team did eventually contact us we were told that none of the properties advertised or otherwise we're available. that the info was still on the windows to appear busy. but the lettings team had not shared this ingor with those in office and are too indecent to bother to maintain a good decent front by displaying any form of honesty in their conduct.if properties are not available then dont advertise them! if you elect to work from home then at the very least update the website, not like your showing properties from your own house is it? don't waste people's time, as your only wasting your own.the entirety of helmores proved it has no regard for the letting market at all. they would rather run you around and lie or evade you rather than actually appear in their own place of work and do their job.Becky you are far better than such a low brow failure of an agency.you would be fantastic with an agency worth your efforts. helmores. do. better.

I definitely give 5 stars to Helmores Estate Agents who recently marketed and sold my property in Chawleigh. I received an offer 3 weeks after it was first marketed and it took just 13 weeks 'til completion.
