Tara met us at the property at the time of our appointment. She had arrived earlier and had the house open and ready for our viewing. Tara was very engaging and understood our reasoning to move. She was able to show us all the extra features and answered our questions. She didn’t make us feel intimidated nor embarrassed to ask “silly” questions, to my great relief! We are very interested in starting our journey to upsize our home. Tara was a great introduction to working with Helmores.

As usual Helmores came up trumps when we asked them to find a tenant for our Exeter rental - we achieved a good rent and nice tenants. I asked 3 estate agents to value and market our property in Lapford. Hemores were the most realistic, George was easy to deal with and knew his stuff, so we chose Helmores. Ours was a quirky property that would need a specific buyer. Helmores imagery and merketing package was excellent, the extra that I wish I had gone for, was an FPV Drone Media package, next time I will do that. The team at Helmores were all excellent, on the ball at all times, never missed an opportunity. I would 100% recommend Helmores.

We really can't speak highly enough of Helmores. They have managed many of our sales and purchases and we wouldn't use any other agent! They are now like family to us. Each and every member of Helmores are just the best at what they do in their roles. From our first meeting with George, one of the partners , who valued our property, we knew Helmores would be the right fit! Not at all pretentious or pushy. Just honest unbiased advice on the properties value, with great local knowledge. Then to the way the house was marketed, by the amazing professional photography and virtual tours. Jamie and Will in the office were invaluable at getting viewings through the door ( the right viewings) and then achieving a good price for us by means of negotiating. They were always at the end of the phone ready to answer or sort out any of our queries and we always had plenty of those. They were always upbeat and positive and very easy to talk to, and easy to understand and access. We had Steve and Jo showing people around. Using their wealth of local knowledge to sale the benefits of the area, and they provided those nuggets of information that can only be gained by being local to the area. Lastly Emma kept the sale progressing. Emma's calming nature was just what was needed so close to the end of the sale. Always positive and cheerful and an excellent facilitator. We can say without a doubt, we recommend the great team at Helmores and want to pass on our heartfelt thanks.
