GoogleHelmores sold our small cottage in Crediton. Despite a slow market they worked their socks off and achieved the asking price.
Loren and Emma in the sales team always kept me informed of progress and kept on top of matters through to completion. Thank you, I couldn't ask for more!

GoogleIn over two decades of renting, I can say without a shadow of a doubt that Helmores are the epitome of professionalism in estate agency. Not only do they excel in their field, but they're also genuinely friendly, attentive, and courteous. Whenever an issue arises, it's resolved swiftly and seamlessly, no drama, no complications.
Every member of their team shines in their roles, whether it be the prompt and polite phone responses, meticulous inspections, or diligent maintenance tasks and so on. I'd like to extend particular gratitude to Andy and Martin; their professionalism is complemented beautifully by their genuine kindness.
If you're seeking an estate agent to either manage your property or represent you as a tenant, look no further. Helmores are a breath of fresh air in an world where true integrity and decency are increasingly rare commodities. If it were possible to award them an extra star, I wouldn't hesitate.
