GoogleI sold my house by using Zoom Hybrid back in February 2022. The house went on the market on the Friday, Saturday had a viewing and sold by Monday for the asking price!! The communication and professionalism that I received was what I was expecting and more. Selling or buying a house is always stressful but I felt like I was in safe hands due to prompt updates and great knowledge from Kyran. They have unbeatable fees, without hidden extras and you get a real valuation/opinion without all the estate agent jargon or tell you what you want to hear as most estate agents would do to gain business. Would recommend and use them again!

As we continued to work for our client (the vendor) we introduced an alternative buyer who was in a proceedable position who offered significantly higher. GoogleRude, pushy, condescending, patronising, sly and lack of knowledge. We tried to buy a flat where they were the estate agents involved and their customer service was absolutely disgusting. They gave us misleading information and also tried to corner us into using their personal mortgage adviser. Avoid!!!!! We won't even consider properties using this estate agent now because they treated us so poorly.

When the pandemic slowed the probate process horribly and the buyer pulled out, they rapidly found another buyer. They kept in touch with me by email regularly, helping sort queries the buyer had. From our first initial enquiry to completion, we have been kept informed and updated at all times and nothing has been too much trouble. We went from instructing Zoom 995 to having our property under offer within days.
My experience with this business has changed my opinion of Estate Agents however, and perhaps most importantly of all, this has been at a substantially reduced price you’d pay to use a ‘traditional’ estate agency or the online ones.
