Just wanted to shout out for Kyran at Zoom in Crawley. He has spent an age with great patience in finally bring a sale to conclusion. He has spent a long time leasing with solicitors, buyers and me - the seller - and it has been a long uphill struggle. And it's not as if the flat is expensive but I feel he has done the most anyone could expect of him and more. I would certainly recommend him to anyone and thank him sincerely for all his patience and good humour. He's a great advert for the business.

Zoom are an excellent estate agent, they do things in a modern way for the way houses are sold now (vast majority of people looking online and not via shop windows or brochures from local agents). Avoid like the plague. Let us a property that could have easily been condemned for nearly £1,500 a month. Very quick to chase £10 payments from tenants but take over two weeks to sort out serious plumbing issues. Possibly the worst agency I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Left me spending hundreds of pounds getting rid of the infestation due to the poor state the property was left in and are now chasing for two days council tax payment...for the two days that we agreed to leave early to help them. Please do not take a flyer on them like I did, you may end up becoming seriously ill.

I think Zoom 995 are brilliant. I was unsure about the amount or type of service that would be provided due to the very reasonable pricing and I must say I have been most impressed. I have found them just as if not more efficient as any other agency. Kyran who I had most of my dealings with has been the only thing consistent throughout this whole moving process and has kept me updated and reassured where necessary and kept the chain moving, I can't fault him or the company at all. I would highly recommend them.

Kyran at Zoom995 provided an excellent level of service, communicated brilliantly and drove proceedings with all involved stakeholders. My expectations of what Zoom995 would deliver was greatly surpassed, so much so I wholly intend to use them in the future when selling. I really like their model and think there is huge scope to develop this to overcome many of the headaches and heartaches with buying and selling a home.
