My wife and I used Zoom back in April 25 to sell our property and can safely say it was the best choice we made. Whilst selling can be stressful, Stuart and his team we absolutely fantastic. They definitely took the strain out of the sale. In the end, we received a considerable offer the day after it was listed for sale and the whole process from start to finish was a breeze. Cannot recommend them enough! We also used Zoom's recommended Conveyancer for the sale which was equally as helpful. All done via an app and the fees were really good. 10/10 service. An absolute joy! Would definitely recommend! Stu had buyers for our house within a week of putting it up for sale. This was a huge step for us after having lived in the same house for 28 years. We had a great experience with Liam and Stuart. We have been looking around properties for almost a year and half. We had very bad experience with some agencies that actually wasted our time. Liam was great and very honest. He understood our problem and considered our situation to find the right property. Stuart on the other hand was very polite and made sure we had all the information. A Mazing........ Kyran has handled our sale and has been totally professional. We could not recommend Zoom995 highly enough. Kyran kept us informed at all times and was always responsive when we had queries. They do photos, floor plans, accompanied viewing, listing on all major property pages,we always got feedback directly after a viewing plus as they have a Crawley office you can pop in to discuss things. It was a complicated sale of an unusual property and he stuck with it the whole way through. My advice to anyone else is Keep the faith. They know what they're doing. This is the future of estate agency. We've been ripped off by high Street agents for too long

We were hesitant at first to use Zoom995, thinking "how can other agents charge over 2k more for the same thing?" But are so glad we did! Kyran was an absolute star from start to finish! Communication was easy throughout, the photos of our house looked great and we had lots of interest as soon as the listing went up. The viewings were well organised and after our first buyers fell through, Kyran was straight on it again and we had new buyers withing a week. Kyran kept us updated through the rest of the process, often beating our solicitors with an update! Based on all of this I would definitely use Zoom995 again and have already recommended them to my family! I have used Zoom Estate agents in Crawley on a couple of occasions , always extremely good but this time they were absolutely outstanding. I needed to organise the letting of my property , especially Josh was fantastic also the rest of the Zoom outstanding. They removed all of the burden of the process from me keeping me fully informed at all times. Handling all the necessary paperwork and signing of documents. I have also used Josh to help me in the renewing of tenant contracts , as always helpful and friendly advice. It allows me to rest assured that everything has been done correctly. I sold my property recently through zoom995 and the service I recieved was excellent. The valuation from Stuart was friendly and realistic. We wanted a realistic price to sell at, not over inflated just to get our business. We sold within 10 days and from then on I was kept in constant communication by Kyran. He was top notch. Answered emails ASAP and was always available to talk to even throughout the pandemic. I cant recommend zoom995 enough.

Wonderful customer service! All the staff we talked to in the process of us renting a flat were lovely and had great communication and were happy to answer any questions we had.
