GoogleWe dealt with Kyran at Zoom995 when we were looking to upsize to a bigger property. We unfortunately missed out on 1 property as another buyer offered more so we continued our search. Kyran kept us in my mind and when another property came up, he contacted us straight away as he knew it catered to our needs. He got us in early and this time round, we had an offer accepted and have since exchanged. Kyran’s proactive efforts really helped us secure the property we wanted. He was quick to respond to any queries even after our offer was accepted and helped us push through queries when dealing with the solicitor. GoogleSo where do I begin from the start off after we made an offer the offer was accepted on a property we agreed to have another viewing to happen too so we was quite surprised that zoom was still showing people around the house that we had the offer was accepted on the young estate agent lady apologised for this and stated it was embarrassing for her as well. So we decided to use our mortgage lender instead of zooms recommended mortgage broker to which I got a really snobby email from Kyran about wasn’t impressed so we opted to use premier property lawyers (zooms recommended solicitors) So after 4months after having the offer accepted we hadn’t heard anything no updates at all so after 5 months in total I started to chase but to be given every excuse under the sun. To sum up premier property lawyers they lost every single document we sent them some documents we had to resend three times they also addressed my other half in the email as another clients name! Than once the deal was finally completed they than added on all these fees out the blue… (zoom995 if you care for your business I would stop suggesting them) Than when we picked the keys up from zoom to be handed a envelope out the front door was a joke and really unprofessional. Anyone buying a house from zoom take my advise use your own solicitors and own mortgage broker. I’ve asked for managers numbers or emails from both zoom and premier property lawyers but all me emails and requests have gone ignored to date. The reason I gave 2 stars is the young lady who showed us around the house a second Time you was lovely and we was really happy for allowing us the extra time to view the house as zoom only allocated 15minutes (not enough time)

I am sorry to see that you were not satisfied with the service when purchasing through ourselves, although we have received an email from you to Kyran stating he has been spot on during the transaction? just to clarify at the point of the second viewing the offer had not been formally agreed and working for our vendor we would not take a property off the market if a buyer was not 100% committed to purchasing, with you booking a 2nd viewing this means you are still considering the property which is why we kept viewings in place. I am sorry to hear you were not happy with premier property lawyers, we do recommend several different companies for conveyancing and will look into the service they are providing to clients we recommend to. Re the keys, Kyran was only trying to help we noticed that you were trying to enter the wrong office next door, so we popped out to hand them over to you. We do hope you enjoy your new family home.

GoogleThe team at zoom are absolutely incredible! We had a fallen through sale as we were shared ownership selling through a different agent. We had made contact with zoom and spoke to Stuart initially who was so accommodating and was at the apartment ready to take pictures within less that 24 hours. We had viewings lined up within 24 hours and the property was sold within the week! We had the pleasure of meeting and working with quite a few of the team including Holly who actually showed us round the property we purchased as they were representing that house too! Kieran took endless phone calls from us and nothing was ever too much trouble. As the team work so closely together they were all able to assist with our questions and help where they could. Thank you also to Eden who answered quite a lot of our calls! :) We were extremely close to complications with the pending lock down due to COVID however the team kept us straight and we had every faith in them that they would do everything within their power to get everything completed. We completed the sale and the purchase the day before we went into lockdown! We can not recommend their service enough and would not dream of using another estate agent again. GoogleThey did a good job for us on both sale and purchase. Very responsive. Kyran did lots of good shuttling between the chain to expedite exchange and Eden was professional, polite and effective with the viewings. The real difference is the price - I’m sure the other estate agents do a similar job (some maybe slightly better, some slightly worse), but most of them for 4-6 times the price. Overall, a great value service that gets the job done to a good standard, for a very reasonable price.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe recently sold our house with the help of Zoom995 and couldn't be happier with the service they provided us. Kyran was very responsive to emails, answering our questions and keeping us informed throughout the entire process. When Kyran wasn't available other team members were more than happy to help out. Very good value, the service we have had from Zoom995 far exceeded other estate agents we have dealt with in the past who were far more expensive.

GoogleThe Manager Stuart lied directly to me and would not admit the truth. It is despicable that a Manager of a Company is so dishonest. Do not be deceived by them! AVOID this company and have nothing to do with them. Don't be attracted by low selling fees as you will end up paying more in the end than if you went to another estate agent. They should get shut down. Have a look at all the terrible reviews on YELL which all say they lie to clients and YELL rating is very low. Holly was a member of their selling staff team so she shouldn't be writing a review pretending to be a customer! They don't do any marketing on your property and keep asking you to put the price down to well below its selling value. They wanted me to accept an offer below 270,000 and then I received an offer of 282,000 with a different agency! If you want to be conned then go ahead, but you have been warned!

GoogleI can't recommend this company highly enough, they have gone above and beyond all expectations of an estate agent, I actually can't believe this company are online. I was kept up to date weekly by Kyran and Stuart (thank you guys). A previous reviewer mentioned that although it is cheap to begin with you pay more in the long run, really!! As they have a one off fixed price! They also mentioned that Zoom 995 kept asking them to reduce their price, why would they when they don't benefit from doing this? Zoom 995 have not only sold our property, they have an online conveyancer with one person allocated just for us, and a top notch mortgage advisor (thank you Michael and Sandy). Would definitely recommend this company to anyone, they are a 5 star company giving 5 star service. A true find and bargain at the price.

The valuation was booked in promptly, there was no pushing for decision on agent but Kyran kept in touch to ensure I felt I could raise any further questions. The advert was made live the day after having the pictures taken, faster than other agents could offer, and as such a sale was agreed before other agents would have even had their advert live. Kyran also provided me advice on my onward purchase, which helped towards securing a speedy agreement on my new property. Kyran managed my and the buyers frustrations throughout a long chain and was always professional. The entire zoom995 were always happy to listen to concerns attentively

GoogleThe Very Best Estate Agent In Town and Far Beyond : Zoom995 - 5 Star Review (10 Star as Zoom995 Go Beyond the Scale) I write to both review and to thank Stuart Robinson and Kyran Fieldler of Zoom995 for providing an excellent, unrivalled professional service throughout, and for selling my house for such a modest commission fee of £595 inclusive of VAT. Previously I was promised by a local high street Estate Agent that the best price would be achieved for my 3 bedroom house in Crawley, and although they reluctantly reduced the percentage commission rate, they were still going to take a fee of some £4360, and they did as good as nothing, and my house languished on the market for 3 months without a sale, and they typically over promised and under delivered, until I ended my contract and moved to Zoom995, when both Stuart and Kyran of Zoom995 became involved. I was frequently kept informed and more viewings were arranged within the first three weeks of my property being marketed with Zoom995, than in the entire 3 months with another High Street Agent in Crawley, where I terminated my contract - thank goodness I did ! I saved a fortune and was immediately afforded a first-class service with Zoom995. I have been delighted with the extraordinary, excellent and unequivocal professional service delivered by Zoom995, who successfully sold my house for a fraction of the cost imposed by all other local Estate Agents. Zoom995 is clearly the best estate agent in town, who genuinely deliver what they promise, unlike the appalling service offered by the mainstream, who indirectly malign Zoom995 as a “one percenter” , claiming that they would never deliver ! Wrong, as Zoom995 do deliver an excellent service and the entire team are dedicated, professional, polite and charming in all respects and I thank you all profusely for your professional, knowledgable and excellent service. Every single one of the team are such pleasant, polite and friendly individuals, who are always available to assist. Avoid the extravagant and excessive costs of a High Street Estate Agent, who repeatedly underperform. Instead you can pay a modest fee to sell your house swiftly and successfully like I did. GoogleCannot recommend Zoom Hybrid Estate Agents enough . We had excellent service from Josh the Lettings Manager he understood all our needs for setting up a new tenants agreement for our tenants . He was prompt in amending meetings and the documentation produced on time. The office staff were friendly and always passed on any messages.
