Cannot recommend Zoom995 Crawley enough!!! Holly came round within a day of contacting Zoom, and by the afternoon my property was on Rightmove, Zoopla and their own website. 4 days later I accepted an offer for the full asking price after Zoom used their extensive knowledge and client base to full effect. Unfortunately the process from then on wasn't a smooth one, BUT, if it wasn't for Zoom, and especially Holly, I'd be grey and in a mental home. With Zoom it's not over once they've sold you're property. They look after you throughout the whole process. Liaising with my solicitor and buyer. Ironing out any issues. Keeping me informed. Making sure I understood any problem that came up. It's that personal touch that made us use Zoom for the sale of the second property. No hesitation. The team at Crawley really do go above and beyond.

Amazing service I have just exchanged today with Zoom995 after a 17 week sale that turned out to be more complicated than we imagined. We went to market and sold within a week. Kyran was amazing. He kept me informed throughout and updated me without me even chasing. Everyone at Zoom995 really pays attention and cares. So friendly and genuine. When I was considering going with a pay upfront fee for £595, I was told by other estate agents what a mistake it would be as once they take your money that’s it they don’t care. I nearly didn’t go with Zoom995 over the scaremongering. I have brought and sold before and paid thousands in commission and never ever received anywhere near this level of service I would go so far to say it was exceptional. The fact I have had such an amazing service for such an amazing price is the icing on the cake. Kyran deserves a special mention, he calmed me down and kept me sane during the overlong process he was very patient and explained in detail anything I did not understand. I will never ever use a standard high street agent again All I can say is use zoom you won’t be disappointed, don’t be put off like the scaremongers.

Fantastic service from start to finish. We had previously gone with a high street agent who we felt badly let us down. For a fraction of the cost, and with a service which far exceeded our expectations, Zoom995 were excellent. We found the team very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient and were a godsend amongst the stresses of selling our property. Our case handler Jason was excellent and was a credit to the company. In summary, we would highly recommend Zoom995 without hesitation.

I contacted this agency for an announcement of a rental house. They responded but the announcement showed two different data on the availability of the home, one said in August, the other January. So I asked which one hundred was the correct one and they did not answer me any more. I tried to call them but nobody ever answered me. There was no cell phone number when signing the only received message (Sarah). I tried to write again saying that I wanted to see that home but no further response, I attached a optimal bank reference but nothing... I thing that in this agency they don't want to work.... I contact another agency and I contract another house in two days after 4 email and 4 answers.

Zoom have been excellent in all of our dealings with them. We rented our house out through them for just over a year, and they were always responsive, arranging repairs and addressing any issues our tenants raised straight away. When our tenants moved out, we sold with zoom, and again we received an excellent service. Their fees are much lower than other agents, but this does not impact on their level of service at all. Very recommended.

Another great experience with Zoom Estate Agents and Stuart Robinson. Due to various stipulations on the new build property we wanted to purchase it was important we sold to a simple chain and required buyers who were prepared to hold on. Customer service was pretty poor due to bad communication. Kyran was difficult to deal with and came across passive aggressive at times if we shared any concerns. They over promised and under delivered. When showing prospective buyers around our house they let them climb over our bed - in the middle of covid. Felt very disappointed overall.
