GoogleI dealt with Eden up until my offer was accepted and the was assisted by Kyran throughout the conveyancing process. Let me tell you, Conveyancer's deserve all the bad press they get and Kyran was invaluable as a liason between all the various parts of the chain when the conveyancer severely let us down. The chain was close to collapse with mortgage offers expiring and I don't think anyone was keen to go back for a new offer considering the financial climate! I could not reciommend the more, as a buyer. Kyran was available and quick to respond, even on days off.

GoogleReally friendly and professional estate agent. Stuart was very honest when valuing (as opposed to over inflating the value) our property and was correct in his estimates. The property sold really quickly. Kyran was always prompt on replying back to me and has always put the effort to ensure a successful completion. Our sale did hit some snags (ended up being more complicated then I thought) along the way but Kyran has stepped up and had been very helpful in nudging the case along. I would recommend Zoom to anyone considering selling.

GoogleWe dealt with Josh at Zoom throughout our renting experience. From the moment we contacted him, as we had found the ideal flat, he was friendly and efficient. We then went through the actual renting process and living in our flat and Josh could not have been more helpful. We would have no hesitation in recommending Zoom and Josh to anyone wishing to buy or rent a property.

GoogleI first used Zoom995 to rent out my property. The service I received was fantastic. I had no experience with renting however Sarah from Zoom made everything so simple and supported me with the whole process. The cost of their service is also extremely reasonable. I have now gone on to use Zoom995 to sell my property and again the service has been very good, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

GoogleI cannot recommend Zoom Estate Agents enough but especially Stuart. He facilitated the sale of my mother’s house and then mine just after. We had quite a long wait to get to completion due to issues out of our control but Stuart kept me informed and was friendly, helpful and kept me sane throughout the process. I will definitely instruct them again if ever needed. Thank you Stuart

GoogleThe staff were friendly and straightforward (something that is not always the case in the modern world!). Josh and Stuart have been responsive both in person and via email. Kudos to Josh for answering queries promptly and professionally. Keep up the good work + the new office is very modern/nicey presented, don't be afraid of going in if you have any enquiries!

GoogleHuge thanks to Kyran for first organising a series of viewings then guiding us through the negotiation, offer and purchase of our first property. Even when things got sticky he worked calmly to resolve the situation and get us to exchange and was always easy to contact and deal with.

GoogleFrom start to finish it was a smooth process. Stuart did everything he could to ensure the sale completed. Stuart and the people in the office always answered any questions. We listed our house on the Thursday, and we had an agreed sale by the Monday! 4 days! After using Zoom, I will never understand why people pay tradition estate agent fees! Thanks again - Danielle

GoogleWe just bought our first house with Zoom 995. Kieran was amazing, professional, always getting back to you in a timely manner. We also adored working with Michael the financial advisor, which guided us through this new world of mortgages and interests. However we were quite disappointed with Jade Moran. She was unprofessional, never got back to us in a timely manner, she was also quite vague each step on the way which made things even more confusing as it was our first time buying a house. It was a dreadful experience to deal with her. However I would recommend this agency simply because of both Kieran and Mickael.

GoogleAppalling service from a cheap as chips company. They have no idea on how to look after buyers and also lied to me on two occasions. Kyran cannot be trusted. I was close to cancelling just because of the way they were handling the sale. They have a fake persona and overall I found the service was amateur. I do not recommend them at all, better spend a little more and get a quality agent to handle your work.I feel they judge you by how you look. Was made very uncomfortable by them.

GoogleWe were unsure of using an estate agent with a fixed rate as we thought that the estate agent may value it lower and get a quick sale. This was not the case with Zoom, Kyran marketed our property at the same price as everyone else . We are not very near Crawley and we were also impressed that Kyran had researched our area and knew what to value the property at. When ever we rang zoom someone always answered and always helped. GoogleCurrently in the process of buying through ZOOM995. I’ve dealt with Eden and Kyran, who’ve been great. Please ignore the negative feedback - many you can see are fake! They’ve been great. We’re hoping the end is near, Kyran has been amazing with constantly chasing the sellers solicitors for us. Yes there’s an admin fee which I’ve never heard of before, but the service that’s provided is worth the admin fee 10x over. Zoom 995 estate agents have a great team and I highly recommend.

GoogleI have been dealing with Josh from Zoom for the last two years. I have found him to be very helpful. Making suggestions and helping me with sending the accounts to my accountant. I do not worry about my rented property at all as Josh is there to iron out all the shortfalls if and when they arise.
