GoogleTrying to arrange a viewing with this company is a nightmare. Emails get ignored, calls don't get answered back and then because of this the sellers potentially loose out on buyers. Enquired about one property and they didn't reply for ages, and by the time they did they told me the house has just been sold! I now ignore any house I see on the market from Zoom.

GoogleThis hybrid estate agent is extremely good value for money and in my opinion are far more efficient than any high street agent. The valuation of my property was spot on and the photos they took were amazing. My house was sold within 24 hours! I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism. GoogleDepends who you communicate with. Senior staff were very useful and informative however the contact looking after our case was unprofessional, passed on incorrect information about the status of our purchase, told us exactly what he thought we wanted to hear. They aren't the worst estate agents we have dealt with, but we hope there are more professional agents and members of staff available.

GoogleBooked house viewing, came in couple minutes earlier, and waited for 10 minutes, no calls, no agents, no answer from the property, so have left, 10 minutes later got a call from agent, saying they arrived at the house, but I wasn't there. So looks like they try to blame us. Haven't received any apology or offer to rebook the viewing. Very unprofessional staff.

FacebookAwful experience with the firm. The individuals I interacted with during the property sale were inadequately trained, exhibited poor communication skills, and their behavior even bordered on being discriminatory and racist. I strongly advise against working with these subpar low quality agents.

Shocked to see the bad reviews on here. Please don’t be put off- Read google reviews. Service is great, don’t know why people leave fake reviews to try and put down a business! Google reviews speak for them selves. Great team, great company. Currently using them to purchase a property and have no complaints what so ever!

GoogleBe aware when sign the contract. Even you not selling your property they will charge you for nothing. They not come to the property but push you to greet the customer. Worst estate agent ever

GoogleWe recently bought a house with Zoom995 and we cannot recommend them enough! Our agent was Kyran who was always at the end of the phone or email if we ever needed anything! He very much kept me sane during the process with my numerous emails! Very easy and very helpful

YellNo interest in providing any sort of customer service to the buyer. And charges buyer's admin fee.
No interest in providing any sort of customer service to the buyer. Zoom995 told us that we were "being unreasonable" because we were unable to agree to the sellers' sudden demand to move within two weeks (after 6 months of no updates). You also have to pay a pointless buyer's admin fee once your offer is accepted, which I am pretty sure is not legit...

GoogleIllegal and rude practice. They try to force you to use their in-house mortgage broker, WHICH IS ILLEGAL, do NOT use this company, spoke with them and was demeaned and talked down to. If you use them, do NOT let them bully you or fool you, you DO NOT have to use their broker.NegativeProfessionalism
