TrustpilotStay clear of Taylor Robinson conveyancing team
Okay, where do I start! Back in April (nearly six months ago) we sold our house and had an offer accepted on a new house being sold through Taylor Robinson. We decided to go with Taylor Robinson solicitors / conveyancing team to manage the legal side of things...Biggest mistake ever!!! We still have not exchanged and to even get any updates from TR conveyancing team, you have to chase them up constantly. At one point it took over 3 weeks to actually get any sort of reply from them, and only after I rang them! They don't bother to chase any documents up and contact the other solicitors unless you ring them. What should be a dream move is turning into a nightmare due to how unprofessional and awful the Taylor Robinson conveyancing team are. They don't give a damn about you. If you are buying a house please please please take heed of this and steer well clear of Taylor Robinson conveyancing team as they are shocking bad.

GoogleAlthough it took a good few months to sell out flat, we cannot complain about the service. The agent stuck with us till the end. All the staff were really approachable and friendly and were always happy to help. We actually bought and sold through them so that says a lot. The post sale progression was also brilliant, keeping us in the loop on a regular basis. Really happy with the service 🙂 Doug & Katie

GoogleIn the interest of not starting a slanging match with the owner... we will have to agree to disagree on this. Overall, we felt we didn't receive great service compared to other estate agents we have used in the past.

As the business owner having read the above I have decided I will reply fully once I have removed myself off the roof with disbelief !! All I wish to say to the the above is - what a load of rubbish!!! these were the rudest sellers I have dealt with in my 38 years of estate agency! I over achieved on their selling price getting them a cash buyer at the highest price and managed to also negotiate a good price on their purchase whilst competing with other buyers. You could say they have had their cake, eaten it supplied with the love, care and affection all of our clients receive. To this end I am happy to say I never wish to act for these people EVER again! Honestly the worst most slimey estate agents you will ever find!!!! Unprofessional!!! Told me a house had just come on the market. Apparently I would be the first to view although I wasn’t allowed to view until the end of the week, even though I was ready to offer just from looking at the photos. Then proceeds to phone me back at the end of the day to cancel the viewing because the buyer has accepted an offer from another viewing??? I thought nobody was allowed to view until Friday? And we we ours be the first. Some transparecxy would have gone a long way. We’re a family in need, we all had our hopes up to be left disappointed On another occasion, I’ve offered on a property and had complete silence, no proper communication, lied about telling the tenants the house was being sold too

The estate agents are professional and friendly and you never feel rushed when viewing a property, if you then make an offer, they're brilliant with ensuring the conveyancing process moves smoothly. We were impressed by the number of viewings arranged and they were able to find us a new tenant quickly, arranging viewings with the existing tenant and we avoided a void period. Since then they are now managing the property for us and we have been impressed with Ben's responsiveness, expertise and can-do attitude. GoogleWe has 5 agents round to value the house and we chose Taylor Robinson because Cheryl stood out from the rest and was confident, professional, friendly, realistic and to the point. She really picked up on all the selling points on the house without us even mentioning them. We listed the house on Tuesday, had an open day on Saturday, had an asking price offer on Sunday which we accepted on Monday. We really couldn't have asked for more. James in particular has been amazing with us and put us at ease straight away as first time buyers. GoogleThe Lettings Team at Taylor Robinson Crawley branch, headed by Ben Cannon, deals with all day to day queries and keep me informed. I find them very efficient and helpful. Unfortunately, due to Covid, my current tenants have had some difficulties, but the Team is liaising with the tenants and doing the best they can on my behalf, including dealing with insurance and legal matters. Taylor Robinson’s efficiency and care makes what is a very worrying time easier to cope with.

Thanks to Taylor Robinson for their support during a tortuous 5.5 month sale process, thanks to the solicitors of the purchaser! As the process went on, the team at Taylor Robinson were constantly supportive, at times spending up to 20 minutes on hold to speak to the purchaser's solicitors in order to seek progress or even an update on the transaction. They also kept us up to date with changes in the situation, going above and beyond for us in this challenging situation that was not of their making. We could not have asked for more and we will use them again when w next have a property transaction.

During inspections they reported "tenants are looking after house very well" but their pets ruined the furniture and pissed on the new carpet. It cost me thousands in repair costs. STAY AWAY FROM THOSE CROOKED AGENTS!!!!!!

GoogleThis company did a great job with our house sale. We took advantage of their introductory offer which meant we saved money but even their standard prices are great and you get the benefits of a high street agent for prices that are competitive with online agents where you end up having to do a lot of the work yourself. They were efficient, very quick to respond if not available at the time, kept us updated every step of the way and made sure everyone was on the same page so when exchange and completion came there were no nasty surprises. The process felt smooth and seemless and a lot of the potential stress that could have been caused just wasn’t there. Will definitely be recommending!
