Very Unprofessional.. I have seen two flats online for renting and i was trying to get hold of someone in Crawley office to tell me if i can view any of them.. The first day, of me trying, no one responded neither on the phone nor on my messages.. By the way my partner too left his details, no one contacted him either. The next day managed to find someone, a lady who was very unprofessional.. at the beginning she said oo we dont have anything atm, she didnt even listen to what i had to say and when i rung back she said one of the properties its on the market still, but am busy right now call u later.. of course she never did.. Why they dont say from the beginning we are not interested in showing the property to you for whatever reason, i dont understand... I ended up chasing them and embarrasing myself at the end. DONT waste your time with them, give your money to people who appreciate and try their best for you.. very unprofessional agency..NegativeQuality, Professionalism

By far the worst customer service iv ever encountered. Emailed 5 times about a rental property. Called 12 leaving messages. Finally got through to a lady on the Saturday. Who to be honest was plain rude as if I was wasting her time. FINALLY got to book a viewing the following Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon arrives and no confirmation email. I call again befor leaving work early. Only to be told the property has been let. On questioning why some one couldn't have called or emailed I was met with every excuse under te sun. When I mentioned that the service was not very good. The same rude lady snapped at me "I should remember it's the first week back after Christmas" I have avoided anything advertised by this place now and rented though a professional friendly estate agents who made it seem as if they wanted to help.

I must admit I had wonderful experience with Crawley office. Sales Manager "Nichole Holland" has been exceptionally helpful. During my property search, I dealt with other agents in Crawley too but I can say that service level of Cubitt & West Crawley office is definitely far better than any other agent in Crawley. 100% recommended.

Completely incompetent, rude, unprofessional individuals who make childlike mistakes and refuse to except responsibility which has lost us a house we were desperately trying to purchase. Had no idea of the property on viewing, arrived late and insulted the vendor in front of potential buyers when we expressed a huge interest, by saying ‘in my 20 years of experience, I hear this so many times, go home, calm down have a cup of tea and think on it’! How condescending. Tried to sign us up to use them to sell our properties and became very stand offish when we declined. Absolutely furious and devastated is an understatement!

Enquired about a property on a Saturday, but they failed to tell me it had an offer on it already. Was told to contact Nichole on the Monday, unfortunately it was her day off. No reply on phone so ended up talking to another branch. They arranged a call back which never happened. Eventually got hold of somebody in Crawley who told me the offer had been accepted on Saturday. Why they didn't tell me this when I visited their office I don't know. Presumably they didn't bother to tell the seller there was further interest in the property before he accepted the first offer either. Not impressed at all
