I purchased my property with Cubitt & West nearly 5 years ago now. I recently got back in touch with Nichole who I dealt with regarding a valuation. I was pleased to see that the customer service was still second to none. Nichole could not have been more helpful, and with her wealth of knowledge has yet again helped me out. Thoroughly recommended, and still a happy customer of Cubitt & West.

It was bad enough we had the most stupid minded sellers and their solicitors, we then had to deal with an incompetent sales progressor at cubitt west (aumit) who was just clueless but talked like he knew what he was doing, absolute clown, think I talked to someone called lucy a couple times who was useless as him. Took close to a year to complete sale and most people there acting like that’s the normal time, the ones I talked to at the end of the sale were apologetic but the others need to be trained again if they think that is a normal timeframe to complete a sale, absolute incompetence, reports on certain people have been sent out to a number of property standards companies.

Very Unprofessional.. I have seen two flats online for renting and i was trying to get hold of someone in Crawley office to tell me if i can view any of them.. The first day, of me trying, no one responded neither on the phone nor on my messages.. By the way my partner too left his details, no one contacted him either. The next day managed to find someone, a lady who was very unprofessional.. at the beginning she said oo we dont have anything atm, she didnt even listen to what i had to say and when i rung back she said one of the properties its on the market still, but am busy right now call u later.. of course she never did.. Why they dont say from the beginning we are not interested in showing the property to you for whatever reason, i dont understand... I ended up chasing them and embarrasing myself at the end. DONT waste your time with them, give your money to people who appreciate and try their best for you.. very unprofessional agency..NegativeQuality, Professionalism
