GoogleWe are trying to buy a property in West Sussex and arranged a viewing through Connells, Crawley. They were exceptionably professional and prompt through out the process. Alexandra young, looked after us, extremely polite and quick in responding to queries. Of all the agents in the area, we rate Connells at the top for the service they provided.

GoogleFrom start to finish Amy and Michael have been friendly, helpful and professional. They have helped us with buying our first home and have helped make the process to be really manageable. Of course there were hiccups and issues with solicitors and waiting for things beyond our control and at every step there was a professional reassurance from Connells. Thank you!

GoogleNot really aimed at the Crawley branch. More Connells themselves. Buying a place in Crawley and they made me start using the horley branch who was absolutely useless. Pretty clear connells has too many clients and not enough staff.

GoogleConnells have been amazing in helping us find a place suited to our jobs, lifestyles etc. most especially one of their negotiators: Lucy. She has been beyond fantastic during this otherwise stressful time! She's been approachable and upfront from the very start, detailing everything in full but simple, clear terms. Not to mention fast communication! Will definitely recommend to every/anyone who asks.

GoogleConnells in Crawley are the worst estate agents, period. Give misled information. Poor customer service. Very unprofessional. Will be forever in my mind because made me lose what we think it was our forever home. Avoid them or you will get disappointed somehow.
