From start to finish, everyone we dealt with was friendly, approachable, and professional. We mainly interacted with Josh, Callum, Hayley, and Martin, and they were all extremely helpful and supportive at every stage. They always treated us with respect, kept us informed, and made what can be a stressful process feel much smoother. The whole team was excellent, including the mortgage advisors, surveyors, and solicitors they recommended. Everything was handled efficiently and we felt well guided throughout the journey. I chose to use Connells in Crawley to find new tenants . Chloe and James were very professional, friendly and great at communicating. James assisted in negotiating the best rental price and quickly found me 4 prospective tenants. Being a newish landlord I found Chloe to be very informative and helpful. Both have made this an easy and stress free experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Connells October 2025 - I've used Connells again recently and had a fantastic service provided. I would highly recommend Connells. We were unfortunately gazumped and treated quite poorly by another agency before finding Connells. The difference was like night and day. Their agents are knowledgeable and friendly, Callum showed us around the property and even though we were the last appointment of the day; never rushed us and answered our questions. Special recognition needs to go to Doug who was exceptional. The property we fell in love with was subject to a VERY tight deadline and given our previous experience we were highly anxious. Doug was always cheerful; quick to respond, knowledgeable and proactive. When we got stuck at certain points in the buying process, Doug could be relied on to help us get a response from the Vendor. People always say the estate agent is not on your side and it often feels that way, but not with Doug. We now can't wait to start the next chapter in our new home. We are very grateful for all his support as well as the expertise and help from all the staff at Connells Crawley who are all highly approachable and helpful. Merry Christmas!
