After calling and asking for more photos was told to look on google maps! Really?! No pictures of advertised annex or the link to detach it. They obviously want to waste everyone’s time!

We can't fault the exceptional service, patience and good humour that Jackson Stops Cranbrook have provided during the sale of our home. Against the difficult backdrop of Covid-19 and despite a couple of chains unravelling through no fault of theirs, Mandy, Rupert and the whole team have remained optimistic and dedicated and we are hugely grateful to them all.

They demonstrated great attention to detail, gave a realistic valuation and produced an excellent brochure. Do not enter into a letting agreement with the Sevenoaks branch. If the property is JS managed then nothing will get done, even if it a hazard to you or your children. Then because of the special relationship between the property manager and the contractor you’ll get hit with a ridiculous bill on check out. DO NOT USE.

Very flexible in terms of offering extra support and information which is so important when you have no idea about all the different paperwork and terms being used. Also offered to help with things like printing and emails, which helps if you are less digitally savvy
