First class Estate Agents.

When we first met Megan for a valuation on the property to be sold,we instantly knew this was the Estate agents we would be using. Megan recommended some very good ideas on how we could present the property to achieve the best results for a sale. Throughout negotiations we were kept informed, and they were always there to answer our queries. Towards completion date the girls worked so hard to make sure we achieved the final sale. I also know that Megan and the girls went the extra mile to help the buyer move into the property! This is why we highly recommended Megan Baker Estate Agents, and wish them all the best for the future.

Friendly, professional and knowledgeable team

The team at Megan Baker were highly professional and accommodating throughout the process of selling our house. We felt that we got to know the friendly team and they got to know us too. From the initial meeting to the completion of sale they were always on hand to offer help, support and advice. It was easy to communicate by either by telephone or email and kept us up to date with everything along the way. They were always happy to accommodate any requests we had about viewing times and always gave plenty of notice of viewings before and after the sale. After every viewing of the house they telephoned to give us feedback as well as a regular call about their advertising of our home and a feel of the local market. The team had good knowledge about the local area and the local market. Our house was marketed at a price we felt was fair and that fitted local conditions to achieve a sale price that met our needs.Once the house had sold we had regular communication about the sale process and our buyer. We always felt like valued customers and not a potential sale (as with some estate agents!). We would not hesitate to recommend Megan Baker and her team.

Can only say the team at Megan Bakers …

Can only say the team at Megan Bakers are fantastic; they gave brilliant customer care; continually kept us updated; nothing was ever too much trouble and if they said they would call us back they always did even if it was to tell us they hadn't heard back from the vendor solicitor etc... we bought through them; sadly we didn't sell through them as they honestly could tell us more about our own sale and our chain than our own estate agent could!. By far the best estate agents that we have dealt with and we cannot recommend them enoughto anyone!!!

Throughout the whole-very rapid- process of buying a house in Cowes, ALL the ladies at Megan Baker were competent, very willing to offer, or find out about, extra information eg tree surgeons.But they were also very respectful of the tenant's privacy and emotional state (the tenant became suddenly ill enough to go to hospital).
