From the very start Anne was so kind and supportive. We had just lost our dad and she dealt with the marketing process of our property with care and empathy. Throughout the whole process we were kept informed of what was happening, and she went above and beyond her duty to solve problems when they arose. The whole team were helpful and friendly and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

We could not recommend Anne and Megan…

We could not recommend Anne and Megan Baker enough to anyone wanting to sell their property. We received a few quotes from other local estate agency firms in the initial stages. Anne took her time to get to know us, why we are selling, throughly looked at our home and had a honest and open conversation about the market and costing. This was breath of fresh air as most agents did the valuation in 5-10 minutes.

Right from the start we felt like Megan Baker Estate Agents were to be trusted. Gemma was very helpful during our viewing and gave us lots of advice that we were very grateful for. They helped guide us through the house buying process from start to finish and kept us updated throughout. Not only that, they chased up third parties to ensure the process kept moving along. We managed to complete the house buying process from start to finish in around 8 weeks! Very impressed with all the team, especially Anne with all her communications. Seemless house sale , fantastic customer care.

Anne made the process of selling my late father’s house very straight forward. Her strategy worked very well in putting the house on at a realistic price therefore getting a lot of interest and the house selling within a week . Gemma and Anne did the viewings and gave feedback tome after every visit . All offers were presented to us and we were informed what position each potential buyer was in and felt very much it was our decision who we sold the house to . All staff are professional, helpful, supportive and honest and their experience as a team was evident throughout. Good marketing photos and uploads to social media. A marketing video was also provided on Rightmove. A lot of time was taken to show the property at its best, with attention to detail. After every viewing I was updated either by phone or email with honest feedback. The market was stagnant but it didn’t take long for a buyer to be found. During the sale period Megan’s couldn’t do enough to keep me informed of every update. Giving advice without being pushy. If I had a question it was promptly answered on the same day.

I'm so glad we chose Megan Baker Estate Agents, from initial contact to completion we were kept regularly updated. Anne is a real star, very accomodating and responds really quickly to questions. Once the chain was created the process took longer than anticipated, due to issues beyond their control, but I felt Anne was doing whatever she could to move the process forward. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Megan Baker to anyone.

Having now purchased and sold through Megan Baker we could not recommend them enough.Anne and her team are diligent, excellent communicators and show a level of professionalism that puts them far above the competition.At all times, there is someone who knows exactly what is going on with your purchase/sale and they never require chasing for updates, in fact they will not give you a chance. It is probably not often that a buyer would review the estate agents (as their clients are the sellers), however I would have to say that I have been extremely impressed by the entire team at Megan Baker throughout our purchase. They have been open, prompt and communicative throughout the entire process and, most importantly to me, extremely fair. I would say that I feel lucky to be in the position that they are the estate agents for my purchase, as this is something I have no control over. I would certainly be looking for their services for any properties I would need to sell in the future.

We have used Megan Baker now for the third time and there is a clear reason we keep going back. The personal touch, the constant updates you get, the reassuring experience that you get and the confidence that you feel that they have your best interests at heart. Moving is always stressful but Megan Baker Estate Agents make the whole process bearable. Anne especially just makes you feel a little more calmer about the whole thing. We wouldn’t go anywhere else and if we decided to sell again they will be assured of our repeat custom for a fourth time!

Professional and Personal Service

We were buying a property through Megan Baker, and from the beginning it was a very professional and personal experience, from the walk through video of the property, with helpful commentary for once, and not just background music, to the post sale service. Anne is excellent at keeping you updated on what’s happening throughout your chain and she doesn’t just wait for things to happen, she is always making things happen. She shows great empathy and understanding of the situation you are in and does her utmost to make the journey as bearable as possible. Without her continued efforts I think we both might have given up!!
