Buying a house can be stressful but the team from Megan Baker were excellent. Anne McDine was my main contact and from start to finish was very kind and professional. It was a slightly complicated procedure but Anne helped me get there in the end. Definitely an estate agent I would recommend.

I used Megan Baker as one of 3 estate agents to market and sell my island property. The team at Megan Baker always went above and beyond to assist me not only with communication between buyers and solicitors but also with the property itself as I am no longer based on the island. The whole team are friendly and knowledgeable, whoever picks up the phone seems to be aware of any updates on your individual property and situation. Putting the great customer service aside they seemed to be by far the best with admin and also general/ legal knowledge on the buying/selling process. I had buyers through multiple estate agents which didn't work out so had experience/ comparison of this across different agents. As someone who went into this process stereotypical not being hugely trusting of any estate agent they have really changed my view on this. I can't recommend them highly enough if you are looking to sell your home, I found Anne and the team to be honest and offer good advice.

Anne was our first contact with Megan Baker and offered us honesty, reliability and a service that has suited our professional and personal needs. The communication with us was fantastic and all matters were dealt with efficiently and quickly. Grace was also so great at supporting with little hurdles and made it seem like no effort to sort. In all honesty selling a house is stressful but the team at MB got us through with care, speed and certainly knowing the local market.

Anne, Megan, Jennifer and the team at Megan Bakers have been fantastic throughout our house sale. We were tempted by some of the many web-only estate agents, but ultimately felt we preferred the confidence gained from using a local business, especially one with the experience of Megan Baker.Communication has been great, with almost daily updates from the team, and they have been quick to answer queries from both us and the buyer. If you're contemplating some of the web-only agents then I seriously urge you to consider the other benefits you receive from using a local agent. I hope that we won't be using any more estate agents for a long while, but if we do, it will be Megan and the team!

We asked a number of local estate agents to quote for selling our home, and were very happy that we chose Megan Baker. Although they were towards the more expensive end of the choices with regards their commission fee, it was well worth it in what turned out to be an 8 month odyssey, although none of the delay was down to anybody at Megan Baker. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, and most importantly quick to respond to any inquiries we had. There were plenty of nice, personal touches over the time we were selling our home, and I'd have no problems in recommending them to anybody else to use, or to use them again if we ever move home again.

Above and beyond would best describe their excellent service ! The whole team have shown great attention to detail and efficiency which one would hope to get but it was the sensitivity, patience and understanding of our specific requirements and situation which was exemplary. Looking to sell my family cottage, I spoke to five Island estate agents and chose Megan Baker as I felt she immediately understood the property's qualities and the people that would most appreciate them. It's a quirky cottage and has taken some time and effort to sell, but Megan and Anne worked tirelessly to keep things moving forward, persistently encouraging everyone involved (including myself) to complete the next step and providing good counsel on the many decisions one has to make as a seller.
