Honest professional advice from the start with regular contact through busy and quiet times of marketing. Positive negotiation of offers plus timely updates and sales chasing once sale agreed. I have had a lot of experience with Island estate agents and couldn't have asked for a better service than I received from Megan Baker. Thoroughly recommend.

It was a long process to get to completion but Meghan Bakers worked very hard after a couple of sales fell through to make sure I was updated and informed through out the whole process. Anne has a great team who will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. Thank you

I bought a property marketed by Megan & was very happy with the complete purchase. All my emails were replied to quickly, I was given as much time viewing the property that I needed, they even took meter readings for me on completion day as I wasn't available to. Very helpful & friendly team.

Megan Baker were very helpful and gave me advice too, which I hadn’t asked for but was invaluable information. They did hassle me a couple of times about things that were out of my control hence 4 stars but overall I would recommend them from a buyers point of view.
