Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I don't usually write reviews but the team at Megan Baker are true angels. Our sale was not straight forward and I found the process very challenging from a mental health perspective. I truly felt that the team cared about us as a family and not just the sale of our property. They helped us navigate our sale and purchase in a calm and supportive manner and were always on hand when I needed them. I can not thank them enough and would never hesitate to recommend them.

Megan Baker Estate Agents gave clear, honest and sound advice. I was kept fully informed at all times throughout the house sale process. The team went out of their way (beyond what most estate agents do) to do a lot of phoning and chasing with clients, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors over all questions and queries which took the burden and time away from me and resulted in a stress free sale.I was very satisfied with the level of service i received and would recommend them for sale and purchase.

Exemplary attitude and communication

We have used Megan Baker several times now and on each occassion their level of professionalism is excellent. We found that during our recent purchase which had a longer selling and buying chain which included additional complexities, that all involved at Megan Baker ensured communication and updates were rapid, we never had to wait any long period of time to communicate and this helped to steer this particularly challenging buying and selling process for us into a successful outcome. We were extremely happy with the personal service we received. It didn't matter which member of staff I spoke to at any time as they were all well informed proving great communication between staff and ourselves of course.We felt a real interest and enthusiasm from the staff to find the right buyer for our property and we we were fortunate in finding a purchaser quite quickly and everything was traight forward. If this hadn't been the case, we were both fully confident that the level of service we received would have been maintained, positively and with experience. Who to choose

When we decided to sell our terraced property we approached 3 local estate agents in Cowes one of those was very disappointing. After losing my Mum and brother within a very short space of time , I found myself in the dreadful position of needing to sell my Mums property on the IOW whilst living on the mainland . Superb throughout!

We used Megan Baker to sell our 3-bedroom semi-detached home. Megan and her staff have been superb right from the outset. Our property was presented beautifully on their own website and Rightmove, etc. They managed to get us the price we had hoped for, and we were provided by phone with all updates throughout the process of selling and the purchase of our new home. From the very first exploratory visit we had the feeling that this was an estate agent that really cared. The stand out feature of the service was the first class communication from first to last. We were especially impressed by the pro-active management, including liaison with solicitors to keep up the momentum of the transaction, right up to the time of exchange and completion.We've moved house a number of times, but nobody has bettered the service we received from Megan Baker.
